Perfect location, large , clean room, good shower, wonderful, accommodating staff, very good food, and amazing beer. Old-world charm to the core. I would come again - with less luggage.

Could use an elevator or at least a luggage lift.

The location is amazing,right in the downtown. You can reach all you need by walk. The stuff os exzremley kind, willing to help with an honest big smile. The room is beautyful, big enough and you can find everything you need in the way you need with smart little solutions to spend your days. The breakfast was also delicious, fulfilled all needs and requirements.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the restaurant was really good as was the house beer. The room was spacious and very comfortable.

I got a very nice and big room. The location is very central on the market square. The staff was friendly.

Breakfast is served from 8 am om which I find late if you have an early appointment. The furnitures in my room were very old and unfortunately my mattress was worn. I don't like it when the staff is permanently smoking outside in front of the restaurant.

Great localisation in the city square. Nice mood of old tenement with old restaurant on the ground floor. Very good breakfast!

Basic standard of the room. The restaurant in the hotel is not my favourite in the city. It is good place to stay though.

Prime location. Staff very nice though some translation challenges. Nice outdoor eating area on the plaza. Good food and beer.

The fumes from the kitchen permeate the entire hotel. My room smelled so strongly of onions and pork cooking that my eyes watered and my throat hurt every evening. I moved to an upper floor room and the air quality was a little better, but still almost unbearable.
