We had a good stay at Hotel Grand Flora. Our room was incredibly spacious – more like a suite with three separate rooms, a kitchen, and two bathrooms. Everything was very clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable, so we slept very well. The location was also very convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The value for money was unbeatable. The staff was generally friendly, though a bit reserved – there's definitely room for a warmer and more engaging approach. A special mention goes to the lady at check-out, who was exceptionally kind and welcoming.

One thing we found a bit unusual was that, despite having a fully equipped kitchen, there was absolutely no crockery or cutlery in the cupboards. It's possible that you can borrow or rent these items, but since we only stayed for two nights, we didn’t inquire further. Still, it would have been nice to make a quick coffee in the room.

Very welcoming stuff, always available and really kiind. Restaurant and cafe available until late. Free parking outside the hotel. Position perfect to visit Salalah and around. Quality/price very good.

Room was quite humid, surely due to the place and environment of Salalah in summer period, in fact the AC shall be on always on dry mode, sometimes not enough. Toilet was in shower area so the entire bathroom floor was wet after shower and took half-day to dry. Powee sockets were only two in the room and not working properly, have to be fixed.

The place was clean, well-maintained, and had all the essential amenities. The bed was comfortable, and the interior had a warm, welcoming feel. The host was also very responsive and helpful, which made the entire experience even better. I’d definitely recommend it and would love to stay here again!

The property lacks proper soundproofing. Noise from outside easily enters through the main door, especially due to an unsealed gap underneath it. This was quite disruptive and should definitely be addressed.

I like everything except for that door, at 402 i guess.. All ur staff is so nice and accommodating.. Hope to have same Welcoming people, when I get Back there...

I just dont like the door, ut was a bit busted. And u missed to put a slippers & toothbrush.. And also, I forgot my BODYSCRUB there, i was expecting the Cleaner will hand it over on me as I was just staying at the lobby after i checled out for around 3hrs there... ( i asked already to keep that Item, i get it when i get back WA- 79294376)

Location, room size, friendly staff

Sometimes foul smell of drainage coming through the air conditioner( possibly through the water drain pipe of air conditioner). No utensils provided in the room even though it’s a family hotel apartment. No coffee/ tea supplies in the rooms.

The staff is very cooperative and provided us whatever we asked for at any time. -The hotel was very clean and free of pests as compared to other hotels as I read before. I really appreciate that the hotel maintained the protocols. - Parking was not an issue. - Location is amazing as it's near to all the main attractions and well as restaurants. - The bathroom was very spacious and cleaned. - The pillow was uncomfortable but they changed it on our request immediately.

There are no complaints however I would like to highlight a few pointers for the staff to look into it. - The toilet seat was broken and uncomfortable therefore should be fixed. - The shower drain used to get clogged when used on full stream. - Perhaps could use something to eliminate the gnats (tiny mosquitos) in the bathroom.

What a wonderful hotel, super helpful and friendly staff. . . they did everything to accommodate my early check-in. The hotel appears pretty new, everything is in good condition. The beds are comfortable, TV, Air-conditioning works perfectly. The hotel is very affordable and offers great value for money. The cafe in the hotel lobby offers well priced coffee and good value snacks. 20min walk to grand mosque, and bus 21 to the airport stops only 5 minutes away.

There being no kettle in the room is the only minor downside.

Firstly I requested for early check in and it was super on time. Room was very clean and well equipped with bath towels, shower gel, soap and complimentary drinking water. The location is another plus point, it is near to Sultan qaboos mosque also mwasalat bus station near by. Also have access to all area especially beach and markets all near by. Also breakfast, tea, coffee available anytime at downstairs Cafe and also many small restaurants are available at walking distance. Over all fentastic place, accommodation and staff were very polite especially in front office. Thanks grand flora for the superb service.

The hotel is near Salalah's city centre. Sultan Qaboos mosque is about 10 minutes walking. The good thing is that there is no criminality in Oman, you feel safe. The hotel and the rooms are very clean, and there are always people standing by in order to help you or clean. The staff at the reception is very kind, especially two guys that I met, Mr Ahmed (Raza) and Mr Musad. Whenever I asked questions to Mr Raza, he was always willing to help me and answer my questions. I would like to thank him so much. The hotel has a small restaurant beside the reception, that offers drinks and meals in low prices. You can find restaurants nearby as well. In general I would recommend this hotel not only as a decent place to stay, but also as a very good choice between quality and price.
