Hotel is small but nice. The location is ideal if you want to enjoy the Bay Harbor beach, which is literally within walking distance. My room (double bed) was very spacious for local standards. There is also a 24 hrs self-serving point for coffee/tea which is very useful.

My room was on 1st floor, which was accessible via three sets of staircases with no elevator (not a problem for me but keep that in mind). Breakfast is available (which is nice) but sitting area is somewhat limited and not always comfortable. Food selection does not include cooked items nor cold items (cheeses, hams and the like).

The stuff was excellent.

Poor breakfast

The rooms are spacious and of high quality. The bathroom is spacious and very comfortable. The quality of what is provided during breakfast and after the breakfast is really good. Some extras provided by the hotel are very welcome (for example a glass of wine between 5pm and 8pm).

No clothes hangers were provided, the carpet from the two rooms were very dirty and if you walked barefoot just a few steps your feet would get very dirty. The breakfast is OK for the price but the variety could be better. The quality of what is provided is really very good however. Whilst showering the bathroom gets very wet because the glass protection/division is not very large and water spills out of the shower compartment. Parking is complimentary at 15usd per day.

YES YES YES YES YES !!! WHAT A FABULOUS STAY !! With lovely staff setting the mood right from arrival time this is a beautifully presented and immaculately furnished stunner with art and design factors of a very high four bordering five star hotel The staff are super professional and cannot do enough to ensure your stay is top priority all the way ..It's a classy area not too far from the beach and has parking at 15 USD per 24 hrs , The breakfast is a little light but sets you up for a healthy morning start and there is free fruit juices and water all day . Aswell there are some great fresh wines by the glass on the house between five and six pm unlimited so o steady !! The rooms are fresh immaculate and elegant The bed is the most comfortable bed ever and the bedding is luxurious .It has a designer bathroom ,fab Aircon , top coffee machine , Aircon , all is top end at low prices I travel a lot and can totally recommend this well priced bargain Grab it while you can. Gracias amigos!

The last hotel I stayed in

I asked for a quiet room upon booking and was given a room that was located in the worst possible spot for quiet with a noisy "neighbor" on top of that! Upon calling about the noise, I was switched to another room that was MUCH better with a nicer TV even. Staff was nice and cordial and responsive too.

That they allow dogs/pets!!!! The neighbors i initally had, left their dogs in the room to bark all night and morning and were so inconsiderate too by being loud in the halls for HOURS at night rather than stay inside their room.

The Landon is cute and quiet in a nice area. Parking was only an issue once, I just drove around a few minutes until there was an empty spot. The room was nice and comfy- a nice king bed, 2 chairs, desk, closet, 2 night tables, bathroom with shower. They also had a happy hour where you could have red or white wine. It was a pretty relaxing quiet place.

They need a little more parking. There was also a musty smell in our room.

The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Parking was close to the room and my room was near the lobby. This made it easy to enter and leave and the get morning coffee and the nice breakfast. The room was clean and met my needs. There was a good Mexican type restaurant just 100 feet from the hotel with delicious food.

Aside from the hallway rug needing a vacuum, maybe it is the sand from the beach, I had no problems with this hotel. My room was perfectly clean, comfortable and modern.

I love the property it was beautifully kept, clean and well decorated. It gave a very welcoming and comfortable feeling.

Early morning noises. Being an ICU nurse I’m trained to listen for sounds alarms and noises so, every little or loud noise made during breakfast set up woke me up. I will come back but will request a room further away from the breakfast nook. other than that I enjoyed everything and loved the hotel and staff.

For a continental breakfast it was excellent . They had fruit and bagels and croissants . They had cereal and yogurts also . The coffee was a keurig machine and very good . I was pleasantly surprised . I enjoyed the free glass of wine between 5 and 6 pm .

They should mention at check in that they have a happy hour with free wine . I didn’t know about it for the first couple days .

Clair made this trip exceptionally wonderful, I arrived with family business to take care of . She was truly is the most kindest human I have ever met. I believe we will be friends in the future. I now have a place that I can return to with ease. Thank you for the home away from home. Absolutely loved the location. Palm restaurant was also amazing.. see you Claire in another month or so.. 😘
