Design, beach love the decor fresh and new

The remain restaurant is to small to accommodate all the guests. They should put a small kitchenette in the rooms. Small fridge and microwave. The new years dinner was very delicious although the serving time was disorganized. New Year’s Day we waited over an hour for hamburgers. My hamburger made me ill. I would stay again but I would be cautious with the food. I would probably eat at outside restaurants

The location of this hotel is great. It is centrally located as it is beachside, near restaurants and shops. The area is beautiful and upscale. It is quieter than South Beach and well suited for families and adults.

The West building is a smaller building. The service is limited and not as great as that of the main building. It is located across the street from the beach and does not have a main lobby, shop, restaurant, gym, spa etc. Crossing the street is not a big deal but it does feel a bit removed and not as convenient if you need to return to your room for something

Overall, it was a very good hotel Amazing location Good facilities Staff weren't particularly helpful They didn't inform us of the facilities, and we found them occasionally and missed the rooftop pool on our building We were on the west side, so we had to cross the busy road to get to the main hotel, and no help was offered with the luggage

It's an excellent location in Surfside. Right around the block are many restaurants, Starbucks, Publix grocery store, CVS pharmacy. The property is beautiful and well maintained. Having two full bathrooms is very convenient in each room. It's also nice having an adults only pool as well as the two other pools. Our room had a large patio with a table and six chairs and two lounge chairs, all surrounded by tall landscaped grounds. It was nice having morning coffee on the patio and drinks in the afternoon out there.

Our only "complaint" was that the bed wasn't comfortable for us. It wasn't old or anything like that, it just made all my pressure points sore every night and disrupted my sleep a little but bed firmness is personal taste.

Clean and spacious rooms. Access to the beach and pools at the Grand Beach Surfside. Great location.

My room was overlooking a parking lot, and it was loud in the morning. It needs better soundproofing and less windows facing the parking lot. If I would have been there for longer than 1 day, I would have requested a different room.

The staff on the beach were phenomenal- Ronald was always smiley & helpful !!! So kind Everyone was super nice

The cleaning of the rooms were ok - but lacked the towel changes but staff was super friendly

We loved the hotel room. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The bar was great. The rooftop pool was unbelievable and we enjoyed it on a daily basis. The beach access was also phenomenal and we used it on a daily basis as well. Overall great experience would come again, no question.

We enjoyed a large, comfortable and very clean family apartment in this sister hotel of the Grand Beach Hotel Surfside. We would definitely choose this hotel again. The amenities of the main hotel are just across the street as is the beach.

Rooms and hotel were beautiful and very clean.

Staff didn’t seem to know a lot when we would ask a question and had a struggle with payment. They did make it up to us and upgraded our room after the misunderstanding.
