Very big app, as advertised. Fully equiped kitchen, beach service at Bal Harbour beach next to Ritz Carlton.

They fixed when I reported some issues with the ameneties, so everything turned out ok.

- location is amazing - beach service - beautiful outside area - clean and spacious kitchen, living room and sleeping room - comfortable beds - keyless

- bathroom old and small, it needs renovation - the kitchen supplies were old and the square plates don’t fit in the microwave - no housekeeping included, we knew that, but would be nice if they would offer at least one day cleaning service for guests staying longer than 7 nights. - there were no cleaning supplies available in the apartment, only 1 dishwasher tab. Also something that could be provided.

Rooms are fully equipped and spacious. Easy access. Everything clean.

Not much to see around, no cafes in this location

We loved the location & a 3 minute walk to the beach and Bal Harbour Village! Emily in the front office was amazing! We had a slight issue with the internet not working in the first unit we were in and she immediately moved us to a different unit. The accommodations were very nice. We were in building 290 which is apparently the old building vs 291, which has been fully renovated. The unit we were in was super spacious, extremely clean & very comfortable. It could use some updating as the kitchen cabinets had lots of wear n tear, but it didn't stop us from thoroughly enjoying this awesome property!

Location is perfect, staff is super friendly and helpful (special thanks to emily, she was amazing!!) super renovated unit, beach service every day

The common areas (lobby, hallways, pool) are a little dated

The swimming pool isn’t good

Location is great if you are wanting to spend time at the beach. Nice area for taking walks as well. About a 12 minute walk to Bal Harbour shops. Rooms are very modern and appealing. Beds are comfy and bathrooms are spacious. TVs in every room as well. They provided extra towels when we requested.

Had some issues with cleanliness of the rooms that were never resolved. They didn't want to re-clean the floors or balcony for us since we didn't pay for housekeeping. Pool was not heated so it was cold, even though it was a tiny thing. Our kids would have loved to play in it if it was warmer. And for Spring Break this is a big deal.

First time staying at Beach Haus Bal Harbour and was a lovely four day experience for my husband and I. We enjoyed our room even though the view was of the entrance/parking lot. The room was spacious & located on the main floor. Bed was comfortable and room was very clean when we arrived. Sliding doors don't have a screen so we would never open it because of little lizards and mosquitos. Having washer/dryer in room was great for drying our towels so we didn't have to have them replaced every day. Loved being able to make breakfast in morning and the coffee maker in room was great asset as well. No daily housekeeping, only at extra cost per day. The staff person at front desk (didn't get her name unfortunately) was very helpful & courteous. We absolutely loved the beach and access to beach chairs & umbrella. Staff on beach were always ready to assist with pleasure as well. Thank you for a pleasant first-time experience, we will definitely be returning to Bal Harbour. 😊

Not having daily housekeeping for price we paid. Not being able to keep patio door open because of no screen.

The one bedroom apt was a great choice for my family (me plus my wife & our adult daughter). The apt was VERY spacious & well furnished. The king bed was comfortable. In addition, we used a roll-away which also was comfortable. Other highlights for us were the free bikes (riding to south beach) & use of loungers/tables at the beach nearby (900 feet away). One nearby restaurant we liked was Oli Cafe at 5825 Collins (inside the Corinthian condos). Their red snapper dinner (under $25) was terrific.

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at the Beach Haus. Our stay was enhanced by the customer service given by Emily( at the front desk) . She was assertive and effective.A definite rebooking. The room offers a range of excellent amenities, including free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, washer and dryer, and a coffee maker. It was impressively clean and spacious, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for relaxation.
