My family and I (my three children and myself) loved this hotel. Great room size for a family of 4 with all the necessities provided. Great location nearby everything in the city. Breakfast is a bit expensive so be prepared to buy food elsewhere. The pool was good for the kids, but the hotel took too long to clean it up. We stood there for 4 nights. However, I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in a city life location with their family. Not far from the beaches if you are looking to go to the beach.

Ten min to north miami beaches. Near Stores. Next to large whole foods with buffet. Loved cuban vibe and food at little havanna down the road. The avocado toast was fabulous at adjoining restraunt. 24 hour coffee/tea/ hot chocolate with flavored cream pumps. Refurbished, clean, refrigerator chilled and clocks at correct time.

New Years Eve Fireworks better on south side. Rooms with 2 queen beds. Pool not heated. Hallways are noisy so glad our room at end of hall. Wish bathroom had night light.

I am a frequent guest at this great place. The property is clean and well located facing a mall and restaurants. They offer 24 hours free coffee and tea. The rooms are spacious, bottled water was given us, as well as a toothbrush, which we had forgotten to take. Javier, at the front desk was particularly attentive, friendly and professional. I will definitely continue to return to this hotel, and recommend it highly.

For a one night stay, the room was comfortable and the location convenient. The hotel was clean and fairly recently remodeled. Overall spare but definitely good for a short stay.

Overall, the hotel met all my needs. The one "issue" was the fitness room, though marked opened from 7am - 10pm, was closed at 7:30 am. When I asked a staff person, he seemed rather bothered by my question and responded it would be "opened in about an hour." It was never opened before I left later that morning.

Good location if you want to visit North Miami Beach area. It's 15min drive. There are also plenty of food options nearby and a supermarket right across the street. The pool didn't look so inviting, but it was also there. We didn't risk when choosing a hotel and didn't ask for much more than this.

Clean rooms and great customer service, no loud noise, very peaceful and great balcony views. I would like to thank Tangela for making sure that our stay there is comfortable and answering any questions with great customer service and a great attitude.also she makes sure we have fresh coffee in the morning and the area is very clean. The food there is very good also.

what I liked - staff definitely , reception staff Dryan / Ailyn was great . I also asked Brian if I`m able to check out 1 hour later and he helped me , thanks Brian ! -LOCATION , you have everything tourist need in 2 min walking distance , Walgreeens , Ross , Burger King , shops ... - they has laundry and iron inside the room .

Great value for money. An old but very good room, super comfortable and well equipped. It's very worthwhile, a great price, beautiful pool, very good bathrooms, good bed, everything great.

The carpet is always a problem, but it was well looked after, but it would be interesting to have the furniture and carpet refurbished in the future.

Tv could be more modern with netflix. I do not like the smell of weed sometimes in the hall ways . I can also smell it when I sit on the balcony with nice weather (visit precious to this one).

The hotel was very clean. The hotel was very convenient to restaurants and stores to shop.

The room should have been bigger then it was. It was a room with a king size bed in it.
