Digital lock with code is generally easy. The property is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood and literally just minutes away from the nearest beach. Nice little breakfast places and coffee shops within walking distance. Free parking in front of the property. Good beds. Good wireless internet.

We could not enter the property immediately upon entering the code that was provided. Not sure what the problem was, but seemed like the lock was not reprogrammed with the code that we were given yet. This was quickly fixed after a call to the main telephone number

Management was unbelievable with communication and helping when needed. I was with a disabled child and he literally ran to home Depot to replace the shower head for us so she could shower comfortably. Whenever I called he picked up immediately and helped the best he could 5 stars!

Some parts of the apartment were aging and could use some updating. The pool was a little dirty.There was also a very loud upstairs neighbor, which is not management's fault but something to be aware of. All in all this apartment was as expected and perfect for our needs.

Location was ideal, very close to Bal Harbor shops and we have family in North Miami

Extremely difficult to find. No obvious signage for Bay Harbor Suites. GPS took me to correct address but only business was a law/realtor business. Drove round but could not find anything for Bay Harbor. Asked a couple of people, first didn’t speak English second was local in what was street behind Suites, but had never heard of them, he even called a realtor friend who also hadn’t heard of them. Eventually went up a driveway next to above business and found the swimming pool from website photos. Needs more prominent signage or specific instructions.

Place was nice, quiet, clean.

I don't like the lack of communication, I requested an early check in but I didn't get that. Nobody answers the phone your emails are automated. Good luck on trying to reach someone. But overall I liked the place I was comfortable. But I would stay again. Just know you don't get an early check in. Or someone to call you back.

swimming pool and location

The people who stayed on the second floor would wake all of us every night 2 - 3 times by making too much noise. They jump around and it would feel like the ceiling will fall apart.

The living space was great, the pool was spotless clean, we had a problem with lock on the door, the handyman came in as soon as we cold him and worked a while and fixed, service all around was very good

There is nothing that we didn't like , all was good !

Accommodation was comfortable! The pool was really nice! Location was great - quieter area and within walking distance to Surfside!

We were told that we had booked a ground floor and we also requested a crib ....we were then told that the previous booking had extended and therefore we were moved to one floor up and were not supplied with a crib for the first night! We requested a bath plug and we were told that we were getting one but it never got supplied.

Kids loved the pool and this property is a rare one with parking included. The living room was very spacious and large enough to dry our kayaks.

When the toilet was flushed it made a loud noise while it refilled. The stove top was cracked and some buttons with work but for the price I won’t complain.

The house is in a wonderful, quiet area. The ocean coast is close. The beds are comfortable. The host is very attentive, kind and helpful.

A clothes drying rack is missing. To keep the apartment clean, a little cleaning agent would be good.
