We stay there a lot because it is an excellent value for the location and size of our suite. Very suitable for our longer stays in miami. Bed was very comfortable, rooms were very clean.

The furniture and bathroom were a bit tired, and the dining room chairs had stains on them. A few cosmetic upgrades would make a better impression on first time guests. If this isn't a problem for you you'll be very happy. Also, there are tall, steep outdoor steps to get to the upper suites. If you are older, or have kids with strollers, I highly recommend reserving a first floor suite.

The location of this hotel was perfect. Beach was right across the street and within walking distance of restaurants and grocery stores. Vanessa was very accommodating with us arriving early in which we were VERY thankful for!! Being first time cruisers from Texas, we did not realize how early we would be kicked off of the ship. We were stressed on what to do in the meantime while having our luggage. Luckily by the time we arrived to the hotel, our room was ready and we were able to take a long nap and relax! That was our first time in Miami and will be back to stay here!!

Everything was perfect.

The apartment was great. Had everything we needed. When we arrived we were shown around so we knew where everything was. We had access to beach towel and beach chairs and parasols. Our 2 children (6 and 11) loved the pool. It was big enough for them to have a splash about in whilst I read my book on a sun bed. Beds were comfy. 2 minute walk to the beach.

Wish we had known where to park when we got there. The parking was round the back and under the building, and a little tight for a large car.

We arrived early in the morning before check-in time and received a very warm and inviting welcome. Also, our room was already available which was a very nice surprise. The room was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. Also, you can use beach chairs and towels free of charge. - and the beach is just across the street! Perfect option for staying in Miami Beach.

The water temperature in the bathroom wasn't hot enough. There is a safe, but it's not big enough for a laptop.

I recently stayed at Sun Harbour Boutique Hotel and I can confidently say it was one of the best hotel experiences I've had. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. The hotel's location was also perfect, with easy access to the beach and restaurants and so on. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable stay as I had. TV room, dinner room, bedroom, closet, kitchen, and swimming pool outside... very quite place! I do recommend! Thanks for the attention I had from the crew!! Outstand! Douglas

The location was excellent, one minute across the street to step onto Miami Beach in the beautiful quiet Bal Harbour neighborhood. The facility provided at no extra cost beach chairs and umbrellas and towels. The family-run boutique hotel were so friendly and thoughtful and even left a beautiful bouquet of roses in the room for my friend's birthday. They also allowed us to leave our car in the lot a couple of extra hours so we could enjoy the beach longer, after check out.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was great and the staff exceptional. The staff was so helpful - they showed us to our room, pointed out the hotel amenities (beach chairs in great shape!), and gave us tips on restaurants. We had originally planned on staying in the South Beach area but are so glad we picked this more quiet area and visited South Beach. The beach here was just a few minutes away and was clean and not crowded. The pool was small but still good. We would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet spot close to South Beach.

wish the pool had been open. be nice if the refrigerator door was reversed. it’s any easy thing to do and it doesn’t make sense to have to reach over the door to get something out. upgrading the dishwasher would also be good. it was incredibly loud.

Overall, amazing property, Vanesa (the manager) was exceptional. Super friendly and she helped us with the check-in process, and it honestly was faster and easier than some hotels I have stayed at in the past. The room was clean, very quiet, we did not hear anyone ever, it was great. The beach is across the street (literally), and it's perfect. I will definitely be staying here again!!

If you are renting a car, don't rent anything larger than a Q7, the parking space is very, very small. Otherwise, nothing else. This place was fantastic!

The only thing I would say is that the wood curtains (persianas) couldn't be completely closed and you have a light just next to the window in the bed thst belongs to your apartment and is always on, would like to have power to turn thst off or to close the curtains without letting light pass through. The normal curtains are a bit translucid. The rest 10 points
