From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and a level of hospitality that is hard to find these days. Breakfast Bliss: Every morning, we were treated to a delightful breakfast delivered right to our door. Nikos himself offered to cook our eggs just the way we liked them. And let's not forget the handmade cake – a delicious surprise that made every morning feel like a celebration. The portions were generous, and the food was simply divine. Jacuzzi Joy: The indoor and outdoor jacuzzis were the highlights of our stay. Easy to use and incredibly relaxing, they provided the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring Santorini. Whether soaking under the stars or enjoying a morning dip, the experience was unforgettable. The Hosts with the Most: The real magic of our stay was Nikos and his wife, Rania. They are the kind of hosts who go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Always available via text or call, they provided us with a detailed itinerary of what to see and do in Santorini, including the best places to eat, drink, and explore. Their local knowledge was invaluable and made our trip even more special. Nikos is an amazing human being and the best host I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. I would come back just to have another chat with him and Rania. There are not enough words to describe how good we felt during our stay. If you're planning a trip to Santorini, do yourself a favor and stay here. You won't regret it!

We had a wonderful stay! The host is incredibly welcoming and always available if needed. Everything was spotless — you can tell he takes great pride in his properties, they’re like his little gems. The room is very well organized, everything is thoughtfully arranged and in its place. The pool is clean and large — such a pleasure to use! We only stayed two nights, but had we known how great it was, we would have come here from the very beginning! He truly deserves an 11 out of 10!

That suite no. 2 is a perfect place for a relaxing stay. It is perfectly clean, nice and cozy and the jacuzzi on top of the terrace is absolutely fabulous, because you can regulate the water temperature on your own like you want. Nikos and his wife are so nice, know everything and everybody at Santorini and have always perfect contacts and recommendations and both are arranging everything for her guests, so you feel more than very welcome in their lovely suites. We enjoyed every minute and we will definitely come back for another time, because it was so wonderful. Thank you !

The property was immaculate clean, very good facilities, great location, not far from the beach and good restaurants. Most of all Nikos the owner and his wife Rania were the best hosts we have ever come across. Nothing was a problem for them and their local knowledge of things to do and see was 10 out of 10, everything they recommended to us was absolutely perfect… We will 100% be back in the near future 😊

A very friendly owners Mr. Nikos and his wife Rania. They are very helpful to their guests. The place is beautiful, very peaceful and quiet. The suites where we stayed are very nice and modern and have comfy bed. And top of it a very romantic and spacious jacuzzi. The breakfast is good especially the omelet with pepper and corn. Ideal location close to airport, Fira, Red Beach, harbour for boating, Akrotiri, Pyrgos, Perissa, all within 15-20 minutes driving distance.

Nikos, his Wife and Staff are amazing hosts who go above and beyond to make your stay as perfect as can be. Suites are beautifully decorated and furnished with a mix of modern and traditional Greek stylings. Hot tubs are great, and if you are lucky enough to book the upper floor Suite, you get a hot tub in and outside. So you can sit in the hottub indoors and watch football highlights on Youtube on the big screen or outside.....and watch football on your phone! ;) haha The amazing views are a distraction tbf haha The 360 views are breathtaking. On one side you have a lovely sea view, turn slightly you have the Emporio Windmills, which is where we watched the Sunset one of the days. The sunset view from the Emporio Windmills, was the best on Santorini IMO. And...no one else was there! Our bedroom view was amazing also. It was of the the ruins of the Tower of Goulas, and the whitewashed Greek churches just in front of it (one of them owned by Nikos). Amazing view, almost like a painting. Quite surreal. Emporio is a beautiful, unspoilt Greek town that still has the old traditional buildings with narrow walk ways. Photographers heaven. Stores are a 5min walk from Blackstone and everyone is so friendly! We hired a car which I recommend you do aswell if you can, so you aren't limited to ropey transport timetables and rip off taxi fares. The Island is tiny and you can drive from Akrotiri Lighthouse to Oia in about 45mins. Scenery on the way are insane btw! Finally Nikos and his wife are such amazing hosts, but more importantly just really lovely people who will go the extra mile for you. He even invited us to his house to show us all the fruits and veg he grows, some of which is used to make your breakfast Jam! He even showed us inside his church. It gave our holiday that 'personal' touch which goes along way in my book. Dont drop 1k a night on a Caldera facing hotel with rude staff, dirty sheets and a billion guests. Go stay at Blackstone.

Brand new small hotell with only 4 appartments and 8m pool that was completed in 2023. Conveniently located in calm small village of Emporio a 15 min bus ride from main town Fira and 10 min from Santorinis best beaches Perivolos with black volcanic sand. Landlord Nico and his family are very kind and helpful and walks the extra mile to make your stay pleasant.

Location is good if you have a car. But otherwise you are dependent on the public bus, taxi or the generous help from landlord Nico who helped us with his own car to airport, port, restaurant, beach at very low cost. The breakfast provided is more of a continental style and has less variety compared to other hotels.

Great place for a romantic getaway. The hosts are super polite and helpful and won't think for a second to go above and beyond in helping the guests. Nikos especially is very welcoming with great suggestions on things to do in Santorini

Mr. Nikos was the most perfect host my wife and I have encountered in all our travels! He explained everything to us, arranged for a taxi pick up from ferry terminal and also drop off at the airport. he arranged for a rental car to be dropped off and picked up at the suites. He recommended local eating places for us and even phoned in reservations. If there was a rating higher than 10 I would give it. Room was very clean and well-equipped with a kitchenette, patio, and jacuzzi. Unfortunately because of a relatively short stay and much to see we did not use the jacuzzi or kitchen.

The location is a bit remote and outside walking distance of main areas but no problem with a car rental which was €50 per day. It was about a 15 min drive to Fira.

Nikos and Aranya were wonderful hosts who treated us like friends from the beginning. They were welcoming and thought of everything we might need. They helped with every detail, from recommendations of where to eat and what to do, to organising a cruise, a rental car, and even arranging a surprise birthday cake for my husband to be delivered to a local restaurant. We're already looking forward to a return trip.
