The place is amazing. The room is big, confortable et nicely decorated. The outside is very confortable and we enjoyed the swimming pool that we used everyday. Even if it was not heated the température was ok because it warms up easily when the weather is good. We loved akrotiri village that offers everything you need at two minutes walking. The breakfast was delicious (everything but especially the pancakes) Most of all, Mathiew was the best host we ever had, he helped us with everything we needed (lift from the airport, lift to a nice restaurant, renting a scooter, advices on the nicest things to see or do) We had an amazing time there.

When we arrived we was greeted by Matthew who was very welcoming and friendly and showed us around the gorgeous property which looked even better then the photos and was so clean and smelt amazing. Matthew recommended restaurants and excursions nearby which was very helpful if you needed anything , great communication everyday via text and even helped out when we needed dinner as the rain was heavy one night. The breakfast showed up on time every morning and was always delicious and fresh and tasted amazing. Room was cleaned everyday while we was out which we really appreciated and facilities such as shower was huge , mirrors and decor is stunning and the bed was comfy and large aswell. Highly recommend definitely a 5 star experience couldn’t fault a thing and worth the money we hope to be back ☺️ thankyou so much for making our stay in santorini so nice.

We went to Santorini for our 5th anniversary. We are so happy that we chose Vineyard Exclusive Suites. Our stay was extraordinary: apartment was very clean, modern and placed in great location. We just loved the pool and comfy bed. Maid service everyday, VERY nice hosts, delicious breakfast. We will definitely come back soon :) if you’re looking for comfortable, modern, and affordable place to stay in Santorini, you should choose Vineyard :)

Property was very clean and modern. Location is good- you can go by walk to small Akrotiri, SuperMarket and Coffee shop around the corner. Little pool on the terrace was really nice and we enjoyed it a lot. Host is very friendly and helpful. When we arrived he made us quick overview about the island of Santorini, suggested places to go etc. Breakfast was very tasty and it was served on our terrace. Thank you very much for nice stay! ☺️

Maybe the main road quite near of the house, which made early mornings a little noisy (But our room was faced with the road, some rooms were not). For us it was not big problem as we usually wake up early too 🙃

Beautiful place to stay. We had the Junior Suite which had bed, shower room, living area and mini fridge, as well as a big outside area with private pool for cooling off. Breakfast brought to the suite every morning by Matthew who was on hand for any questions or tips about the island. 1 minute walk to a caldera viewpoint, mini market and bus stop. 5 minutes walk to Akrotiri village centre restaurants. Location a good place to be based if you prefer it a little quieter than in the main town.

An outstanding experience. The villa is clean and well maintained, the pool is amazing. Matthew and his family give a warm attitude and respond to everything that is needed. The villa is suitable for anyone looking to enjoy the charm of Santorini and in a central location between the beaches equal to the big city, without the crowding and pure pleasure.

This was an incredible experience. I will start with the most obvious thing: the service is amazing. Matthew (the host) was amazing during our stay, his availability, kindness and over all attention to your well-being is refreshing. He will help you book trips, plan your days or suggestions for restaurants. The rooms were lovely and the private pools are incredibly relaxing and well maintained. The breakfast is served right on time every day at your room and the pancakes are amazing. Overall, I was completely satistified and this place over extended my expectations. If you need a nice quiet place for your vacations, this place is perfect for you !

Beautiful location away from the busy towns. Matthew and the whole family were so welcoming and couldn’t have been more friendly & helpful, always available if needed. The pool was much larger than we thought, which was a huge bonus. Wide selection of breakfast choices on offer and the food was fantastic quality. Ample space for parking the hire car and the property is gated, so felt more secure. Plenty of restaurants & shops locally, if you didn’t want to venture to far.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible holiday property and I can't recommend it enough! The location is absolutely perfect, with a mini market conveniently located right across the road. It's just a short 15-minute drive. The suite itself was immaculate—spotlessly clean and well-maintained. I was especially delighted with the private pool, which added a touch of luxury to the stay. However, the highlight of my visit was undoubtedly Matthew, the host. , He was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure the stay was memorable. It's rare to find hosts who genuinely care about their guests' experience, but Matthew is one of those exceptional people. He was always available to assist with anything needed and even requested feedback to ensure future guests have an amazing stay. Most hosts are just interested in the money, but Matthew's dedication to his guests sets him apart. Thanks to his outstanding hospitality, I will definitely be returning in the future. What truly sets this apart from any other luxury suite on the entire island of Santorini, was the hospitality and customer service of the owners. You will not get this kind of service and attention anywhere in Greece. The owners dedicated their time to ensure we got the most out of our honeymoon, providing all essential information, making incredible recommendations and taking the time to organise activities for us. This establishment is the definition of going above and beyond for their customers, from having breakfast served to your front door to looking after my husband after he experienced slight sea sickness.
