The apartment is in an excellent location being close to the beach good restaurants shopping and a tuk tuk ride to the main sights. The rooms are clean, small, and well thought out providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff were very good informative and friendly, and the owner was very helpful in providing ideas for getting the best out of Puducherry for sights, restaurants and bars. Couldn’t fault the service.

The manager Raj was proactive with communication and accommodating us. Great location, ease of access to so many facilities. Housekeeping aunty was nice.

Nitpicking at this point - but I Was hoping for OTT services on the TV or at least being able to cast onto it..

This place was really good. Fantastic central location. Easy walking distance from promenade beach, tonnes of cafes and restaurants. The ensuite room was just perfect. Kuharaj and his help were very friendly and helpful. They even got our clothes washed at reasonable price. Air conditioning was great. I would highly recommend this place.

The only issue I had was that due to central location, there was traffic noise till late at night, and the stray dogs barked a lot.

If you are very sensitive to traffic noise, the room on the second floor may not be a good idea .

Good stay at Casa Mel, Pondicherry. The rooms are well furnished and clean. The property is located very well, only a few minutes walking distance from beach. Staff is helpful and friendly. Also well priced. Would recommend staying here.

No dedicated parking space for cars.

Nothing really. There were a few housekeeping issues but they didn’t really affect my stay.

The location was hard to find and there was no car parking. The outside noise transfers inside to the extent that we could not get a peaceful night's rest.
