The staff was friendly. The room had a microwave and a relatively big fridge. Good for families. Close to the airport.

The air conditioning had a slight high pitch noise coming from it, but it worked well. Could have been an issue only in the one room we were staying in, and it didn't bother us much.

i loved the price of the room and that you could smoke is a great option

a few things was that the room was missing its microwave plate and the sink was cracked to where you can take it apart very easily and the first morning i think there was a fight but it didn't last long

AC worked great, bed was comfortable, shower was great with Hot water, quiet, great lighting. Location was great for activities I had planned.

Low water pressure in sink, no kleenex, rack to hang clothes but no hangers

The astroturf/ grass landscape combination. Also it’s now called the residency Inn but it’s still got a Red Roof sign outside on the road.

The side door did not work with my key card at 6am and i had to do a long walk around to the front.

the staff was the best part of my stay. I have stayed at Motel 6 in NRH recently and had the worst treatment ever. I was so happy that the staff here was smiling for one, super accomidating, and happy to assist me without any attitude. The place was comfy and perfect for my stay.

My support pets were not welcome and that was a big problem this trip.

This hotel seems family owned and they were so so sweet & helpful! I stay in a lot of inexpensive hotel/motels like this one as i travel on a budget a good bit… and I've never been happier- for the price! It's SUPER affordable BUT the beds are comfy and it's CLEAN! Those are the two most important things for me! The staff were amazing- they checked me in easily and effortlessly and they helped me switch rooms to a double bed at the last minute! They even had a simple nice continental breakfast each morning. I noticed basil planted in the rear and roses in the front- nice touches everywhere. Incense burning in the entry/lobby was awesome!! Location is awesome too close to airport and everything I needed! Thank you Regency Inn- definitely recommend.

The front counter guy was friendly, had customer service and the bed was COMFORTABLE.. I will be staying there again

I like everything about it

We were stranded at DFW due to a late flight and had no where to go. Found availability at this hotel last minute and it exceeded our expectations. The staff at front desk was awesome and kind, understood our concerns and even provided us with an iPhone charger.
