We recently stayed at Enorme Maya Beach Hotel for a special occasion, and the experience exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived at midnight, we were welcomed with warm hospitality, including a complimentary glass of wine and delicious burritos — exactly what we needed after a long journey. The hotel itself is beautifully designed with a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere that perfectly matched what we were seeking. Our room was spotless and exactly as pictured, creating a comfortable and inviting space. The buffet meals were outstanding with a diverse selection and perfectly curated wine options. We were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional quality of the food and savored every bite. The customer service was remarkable; every staff member was both professional and naturally gifted in creating a welcoming environment. The hotel's lounge and bar, which offers a charming ocean view, was another highlight, as was the exceptional massage session we enjoyed. We highly recommend keeping an open mind about the hotel's location. While it’s not in a bustling metropolis like Dubai, renting a car allowed us to explore much of the island and discover its local charm, which we found highly rewarding. Over four days, we drove over 600 kilometers and found it to be a wonderful way to make the most of our first visit to Greece. Overall, we would happily return and highly recommend the Enorme Maya Beach Hotel for anyone seeking a memorable, relaxing getaway.

If you want a relaxing stay with delicious food and amazing staff, definitely come here. For us it was a great experience mainly because we were treated very well by the staff and here I’d like to mention Klejda and Benardo that provided outstanding costumer service, I’ve been to many places around the world but nowhere have I felt so welcomed and like at home. We felt in love with this place and we consider coming back here next summer.

Gouves is a quiet place so if you are looking for some fun you can go to Hersonissos which is 10 min away by car. There are several beaches close to the hotel but they were not that great so we went to News beach and Cicada next to Heraklion (15 min by car). You can ask the front desk for more information and they will recommend the best options.

Fantastic, exceptional, top-quality service! The staff is truly amazing. The breakfast was delish. The room was so spacious and comfortable. The fact that it’s adults-only was really a game changer! No kids’ screams around the pool. A true bliss!

The location is not good. No good beaches or places to visit nearby. But it doesn’t matter at all if you have a car. You can also call for a taxi to go farther across the island. Also, the pool gets surprisingly crowded even during breakfast time until very late in the afternoon, so grabbing a sunbed is tricky. Better be a very early riser, if you want a place by the pool.

We enjoyed our staying in the hotel so much, everything matches the pictures on booking, the rooms are very stylish and comfortable, the hotel staff is incredibly friendly and kind, I would especially like to highlight the manager Kleida, she does her job perfectly, she is very nice, kind and always ready to help, I would also like to highlight the work of the kitchen, the food is always very tasty and varied, if you want any drinks, the waiters will bring them right away. Also, during the day by the pool you can order drinks and food, which is very convenient, the choice of dishes is large and everything is very tasty! Also there is an opportunity to take yoga classes, relax with a massage and enjoy music evenings!

The hotel is located on a perfect spot just 20 minutes away from the city center by car and far enough from the hustle and bustle. The serene ambience catches you from day one and it feels idyllic. The hotel staff makes sure that you enjoy your stay to the fullest. We arrived at the hotel on my birthday and they made a small celebration for me. They were so kind enough to attend our needs throughout our stay. The food was delectable. The restaurant offers a nice selection of world cuisine. It was an exquisite experience.

I was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service provided by the staff, who were consistently attentive and went out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. The hotel boasts a wonderfully calm and serene atmosphere, perfect for unwinding and relaxing. Additionally, the meals were a highlight, offering a variety of delicious options that catered to different tastes, making dining a delightful experience.

Everything was perfect for us. The location is excelent, the staff members are very nice and friendly. The girls from the reception were always positive and ready to help with anything. Especially Andrei was really friendly with us, he was always prompt and help us with some recommandations. The room is very big and always clean. Also, the food was really good and had a lot of options.

The hotel does not have its own beach, but there are nice beaches nearby. In the morning, at breakfast time, only filter coffee is served. It would be good if the room had better lighting, at least in the bathroom, for putting on make-up and shaving

The kindness of the staff was at its highest. I was pleasantly surprised to see that every member treats you the same, smiling and helpful. The food was delicious and varied every day and the location, excellently placed in a quiet area, from where you can make quick connections to any beach. I can only recommend this accommodation with love!
