The property was absolutely spotless and looked like it had been recently renovated, it was a real pleasure to stay here and we would highly recommend anyone in the area or passing through to stay here. The lady on the phone was super accommodating with our late check in and was friendly throughout.

The bed was very comfortable and the room well set up. I was upgraded to a room with ensuite due to my health issues. The room was well located, just off the freeway, enabling us to quickly resume our journey the next day.

There was nothing to dislike.

Great little place for a stopover from Sydney to Melbourne. Host was extremely accommodating and flexible with check as we were coming late. Great pub across the road that allowed us to pre order takeaway for our late arrival.

Marulan Stayz accommodation was as expected and met description on website. Alison was fabulous to deal with, she was very helpful and went out of her way to make us comfortable for our 2 night stay.

Everything about the actual accommodation was great - as expected, however the constant traffic noise from the nearby Hume Highway made getting a good night's sleep challenging. Of course, this is not something Marulan Stayz has any control over, just a fact of where the highway is in relation to the accommodation.

It was a lovely homely room My husband found the bed too hard and couldn’t get comfortable, this may have been due to recent leg surgery. However I found the bed firm but not too bad. The location was excellent

The equipment is very new, the room is clean, and the staff is very considerate.

It rained on the day we checked in. The water pipe outside the room kept making a knocking sound and the towels were stained. Close to the highway and noisy

Lovely period house, renovated by retaining period features. 5 downstairs double bedrooms share a toilet, a shower, a laundry, and a combined second toilet & shower. Full kitchen allows cooking, and comes with ocmplimentary food. Alison the mamnager is very friendly. Nice to be able to pay cash on arrival. Maulan pub nearby does good meals.

'Offstreet parking' means they have replaced the back garden with gravel, which is a shame. Security cameras in public areas are unpleasant. Tiled hall/kitchen/diningroom are easy to clean, but cold on the feet and very noisy. There is no lounge (though the larger rooms can fit other guests around a table for cards/conversation).

Fantastic location close to the great pub and lovely main street. The staff were wonderful and did everything possible to help me during my stay. Comfy bed, good heating, very happy.

Recently refurbished, very clean, fresh and comfortable

The website gives the impression that there is access to a kitchen and this was not the case for room 11. Although there are no complaints about the room itself the room did not represent good value for $171 . It wasn’t particularly big

Location was good although a little hard to find in the dark

Dragging suitcases over the backyard surface was challenging. Double bed size was a bit small - used to queen size beds
