Very spacious, stylish room and large shower room. Great location, only a few minutes walk from the town centre. Comfortable bed with dual control electric blanket. Two lounge chairs. Good equipment provision and great to have a microwave and toaster.

In need of some basic maintenance to decor in the shower room and to furnishings in the bedroom. Rooms weren’t serviced every day. We didn’t need towels to be changed, but daily basic cleaning and replenishing of tea/ coffee provisions would have been appreciated, particularly as we were there for 4 nights and the per night charge is the same for additional nights as it is for a one night stay. Television was on the small size, particularly for the size of the room.

Greay property and great price. Would definitely recommend it. Recommdations on food outdated ad everywhere shut when we arrived at 7pm but nice area in the morning to walk around (Side Note: The property blames booking.com and booking.com blames the property- regardless I have been scammed of £100 from constant demands for information to stay from this property booking. I don't believe was them directly but it's important for others not to be scammed as well so keep an eye out in case you've booked and recieved similar. Huge GDPR breach from booking.com as they have my address, mobile number, email etc. Which I've been bombarded demands for information claiming to be this property prestay form).

Easy access, big ensuite room. The bathroom had a heater and a window fitted with a flyscreen, and the bedroom had a very comfy bed, with a heated mattress cover, which we haven't had a chance to use, but it was there. In the bedroom, there was a little dining table and chairs, a TV with cable, and a couch with a coffee table. There was also a microwave, coffee machine and mini fridge. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

When we entered the room, the air had a "humid" smell, which was a bit unpleasant because we arrived at night and didn't open the windows. The next day, we opened the bathroom window, which has a flyscreen, and opened the door to "renew the air."

It is our regular go to when in the Southern Highlands. Sure there is a bit of night train noise from nearby main rail line (but the line is down in a cutting & we seem to tune out). Efficient check in process, backed up by sms message advising your room number & key arrangement when office is unattended.

No real issues - maybe previously mentioned train noise at night could be an issue for some. We keep coming back, so that can’t really be an issue for us. The office is often unattended from mid to late afternoon onwards - again this has not been an issue for us.

Space was very generous and welcoming. Beds, bathroom were clean and nicely made. Staff were friendly and kind.

The only comment I have to make is the storage space. They should have had more, considering this was a family room. The fact they had fitted the ironing board and extra pillows and blankets in the only wardrobe in the room made the space even smaller. If there was an actual family staying, they would have struggled with the space. Aldo they should look into changing the wardrobe door so they could both open; the left door was fixed and unable to open, and was extremely difficult to get in there.

Bundanoon is a beautiful and interesting town and surrounds. Bundanoon people are extremely welcoming, kind and happy to help. Terry Smith pharmacy deserves a special mention for excellent service. So too the local supermarket. Bundanoon Country Inn Motel is the type of destination that makes you sigh with relief to be staying there after a long drive. Parking at the door to your room, warm room greeted us, everything we needed, comfy bed, lovely bedding and everywhere spotlessly clean. I wish we could have stayed longer.

I checked in on a cold, rainy day. I received a phone call prior to check-in to let me know that there was no need to stop at reception (and get wet), the key would be in the door of my assigned room and the heater would be on! By the time I arrived, the room was warm and I really felt like I had arrived at a cosy country inn. Very thought and welcoming.

Being an older property the bathroom was a little chilly, but the heating light helped. It was also a very large bathroom, perfect if you had numerous people staying.

We were checking in late on a Saturday afternoon. The staff were super accommodating and let me know how to get access to our room easily. When we arrived, they had turned on the heating inside the room so it was warm and toasty for us. This was such a lovely gesture and I really appreciated it.

A lounge as well as a bed from which to watch TV. Liked having bare boards rather than carpet on the floor- easier to clean regularly. Like hearing trains go past, not noisy, just interesting to know this line used so much. Liked all the extra pillows and electric blankets. Liked having table and chairs beside sunny window. Liked crockery, wine glasses etc supplied. Didn't use coffee maker. Liked closeness to town.

TV reception went "on and off" a bit but that probably related to the area rather than the motel. Pillows were a bit hard.

Comfortable, very clean & tidy, well equipped room, very friendly owner & staff. I requested a 2 pm check-in & was pleasantly surprised to receive a call from a very pleasant lady around midday to inform our room was ready anytime thereafter. Grassy lawn area with outdoor furniture & some kids play equipment for younger families

The extra $45 nightly charge for the 3rd adult in the room with a queen & a single bed was a little steep? (Minor grumble) Maybe the nearby train traffic in the early hours was initially disturbing- although still slept fairly well.
