I really enjoyed the relaxing and comfortable room, the fun and family-friendly Easter (Dog Man) hunt, and the wonderful staff, especially the friendly bar manager who was great with the kids. It rained for two days while we were there, but it was so relaxing to just sit in our room in the morning and look out over the golf course. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and I would love to come back.

I was disappointed that the TV in our room wasn’t working, which would have been nice during the rainy days. I also found the pool experience frustrating, as there were many kids jumping, diving, and bomb diving, making it hard for other guests to relax. It would have been helpful to have clearer signage around the pool to remind families of the pool rules.

Our rooms overlooking the golf course were fabulous

Although the scenery is stunning, there is actually no space outside of the building for guests to stroll. The property is literally on the golf course which is perfect for golfers However, we had 3 rooms that included 2 kids under 5. We ventured out onto the putting green with our plastic kids clubs and were promptly yelled at by the golf course manager We tried to feed the ducks and promptly yelled at for a footstep on the green. Not a place for families unfortunately It would be perfect if there was outdoor space for non golfers

It was clean but there were elements of dust here & there it could have been better, when I have previously stayed at this hotel when it was Gibraltar Hotel it was immaculate however I was impressed with the overall renovations & updates to the hotel, the exhaust in the bathroom does not work causing the bathroom to become extremely wet with steam. We were not impressed with the breakfast which was quite expensive per person for what we received was not value for money a freshly cooked breakfast is what I would have expected for the price not a buffet as most elements were cold especially the eggs not enjoyable however the staff were friendly & helpful throughout the hotel, not withstanding a few things that we did not enjoy, overall we enjoyed our stay the rooms & bathroom are extremely spacious.

The rooms overlooking the golf course was a delight. The Harvey Bar & snacks were great. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast had a good selection. The building and interiors were lovely. The golf course was in good condition and the green staff assisted in the morning in blowing down the greens.

Unfortunately, the only feedback received from the golf group was that the breakfast coordinator looking after her staff and seating the guests was quite rude to her staff and lacked customer relations. Her manner was very abrupt resembling a Sargeant major. As Captain, I received some bad feedback and at one time started verbally abusing one of her staff who was really pleasant and went out of his way to provide service to the patrons.

The room was comfortable.

For the price I would have expected a dressing gown in the room. Also only 1 bottle of water, per person, was provided for the 2 nights. We asked reception for more as the only tap was in the bathroom. The tap was low to the sink and hard to fill up water bottles or the kettle. The shower was good but the floor was level so the water doesn’t flow down. Meant everytime you stepped into the shower you are stepping into cold water left from the last shower. Sound like little things but for $950 for 2 nights I expected a bit better.

I stayed for 2 nights and played golf with my husband. The accommodation was so clean, modern and comfortable. My two daughters enjoyed the swimming pool and gym while we played golf. Bowral is about 10 minutes away from the hotel. There were so pretty cafes and antique shops. We had lunch and dinner in Bowral. Bar in the hotel is really good as well. Also my husband left his glasses in hotel. They sent glasses to my house. I didn't expect it. Their service was so impressive. I will highly recommend.

None.

Cleanliness was excellent, view was amazing of the course. The complimentary hot chocolate upon check in is a very nice touch, especially on a cold rainy day. I highly recommend paying extra for a room on the golf course side, the balconies/windows are worth it, if you are on the other side then you will be looking into the car park.

Breakfast is great, with enough variety to have something for everyone, however the selection isn't overly impressive.

This hotel is a definition of perfection. Start with extremely attentive staff, and super fast check-in / out to spacious very modern and clean rooms. The hotel is large but due to its green surroundings, you feel extremely relaxed and private. Even the corridors are like an oasis of calmness, smelling with aromatic oils, deemed lights and gentle music. The indoor pool was clean and heated to perfection. Plenty of car park, easy access to shops. I highly recommend their restaurant. The dinner there was spectacular. My room was large and comfortable. Very comfy oversised beds and clouds not pillows, modern spacious bathroom with all amenities needed.

To be honest I couldn't fault anything. I would only suggest a wider range at breakfast (maybe some pancakes?) and a better coffee.

Lovely grounds, friendly and helpful staff, lovely view from the dining room, large and comfortable room, comfortable bed, heated indoor swimming pool.

The pillows weren’t great (too thick for me, and my friend woke up with a really sore neck), the view of the car park wasn’t great (although I appreciate that only half the rooms have the nice outlook over the golf course) and the spa wasn’t working. Although the location is great and it’s walking distance from the town, without footpaths it didn’t feel safe to walk at night.
