Lovely large King room. Good linen and large bath towels. Wi-Fi worked but not on the Smart TV. (Couldn’t use our Chromecast.) The A/C was appreciated, as it was over 30 degrees. Nice selection of teas. (Real milk would also be nice.) Loved Katers Restaurant on the property. Great service and excellent food. Breakfast was included and it was a full buffet. Plenty of choice. The grounds are magnificent and there are plenty of spots to sit and relax, both inside and out. We had a really lovely stay.

Our towels were changed after only one night. We kept them hung up to avoid this, as towels on the floor are replaced. The other thing was that when you hung up your bath towel, it totally covered the toilet roll holder.

The old world charm is Peppers Manor main appeal. The property is beautiful. I would love to hold a wedding there! I loved the main building and its beautiful setting. Actual accommodation is more like an upscale motel. Comfortable but basic. Breakfast choices were good and the breakfast staff was friendly and efficient. We enjoyed the courtyard area and the pool room.

We chose Peppers Manor because we wanted to dine at its highly reputed Katers Restaurant. We messaged in advance to make a reservation but never received a response. Imagine our disappointment to find that the restaurant was closed (because it was New Year's Day) and they were offering a very limited menu. Common areas were heavily scented, so much so that we were unable to enjoy the various lounges in the main building.

Food delicious at dinner. Enjoyed having a fire to sit by and enjoy a luscious DevonshireTea. Heartily recommend. Thank you for the jar of honey. Have another great memory to store from our stay. The staff were exceptional, nothing too much trouble.

Breakfast "buffet" was unusual as half the stations were empty. Hostess lovely but experience disappointing. Loved the room but had trouble adjusting the shower and flooded 1/3 of the bathroom. Hot water very hot. Nearly burnt myself trying to get the cold tap on. Couldn't turn it off completely (hot) at basin. Special being upgraded but did miss a balcony. Whole place appears a little tired - curtains in dining room thoroughly creased, tables in main room dusty and when I plugged in my fan in the bedroom I had to swish away the cobweb.

Magnificent property , the grounds are kept beautiful Little table and chairs here and there under shady trees so no worries about nowhere to sit if strolling around the gardens . Little rabbits nibbling on the grass , I was half expecting to see Alice following close by Our room was welcoming and cosy . Fresh white sheets and pillows , fluffy white towels. Gorgeous bathroom amenIties with delicious oil blend fragrances Very peaceful morning coffee on verandah enjoying bird song The 2 receptionists !, a lady and then a man were absolutely beautiful. Such warm friendly service We highly recommend this accommodation

loved the venue , staff and service was excellent the food was good but was so hoping to again experiance their fine dinning room ((Ihad styed on a Monday 3 weeks ago and had an amazing 3 courses ) and its full menu ......so the food was good ....but only limmited short menu avaliable ....so not what i was hoping or expecting (from a 3 x hatted resturant)

I had stayed previously mid week ( only about 3 weeks prior) and had a superb 3 course meal in the formal dining room I was a little disapointed that I was not able to experiance this formal dinning again on my last 3 nights stays the resturant did open but set casually and with a limmited menu ...i was so looking foward to a wondrefull dining experiance again with table cloths and full cutlery settying and I hope that on my next week day stay the formal dinning room and full menu will have returned be on offer.

My husband & I stayed in their hinterland queen room for 2 nights. The room is spacious & tranquil with a balcony that we can sit outside for a cupper. Our stay included daily full breakfast which is delicious. The dining area has an elegant ambience with a big fireplace & many sash windows that we could see through the nature while enjoying our food. We had our dinner at the katers restaurant which is the same lounge for breakfast. They provide fine dining with exceptional food quality & presentation. The staff in Peppers Manor are very friendly & helpful.

The cleanliness of the bathroom can be improved. There was hair on the sink & tiny marks on the wall.

I got a free upgrade to a bigger room with booking.com, and it was lovely to have a bit more space and a sitting area as well as a desk. Having a bath as well as a shower was a real surprise, and the bathroom (and included soaps, lotions etc) was beautiful. It's also a very pretty property, and very quiet. I had dinner in the restaurant as well, and the food was excellent.

The bed was well set up but just a bit firm for my liking. It would also have been handy to have a little bit of crockery, as I had my breakfast with me but had to eat it out of a coffee mug, which was pretty funny.

Restaurant was exceptional to the point my 13yr daughter said "Mum, I can't believe that meal is over - we're going to come back one day right?" (Lamb Backstrap with parsnip puree - perfect!) Staff incredibly professional, polite, engaging & best of all, happy - there are lots of smiles at Peppers Manor House. Loved walking in and seeing a room full of guests relaxing in the great room, reading by the piano or chatting over drinks - the atmosphere was perfect. The grounds were so charming to walk around as we awoke to a foggy morning. Comfy Bed and Pillows - amazing! Breakfast buffet delicious. Only there for barely 15hrs on way to Sydney but will remember our brief visit for a long time.

Room was big and warm, we stayed in winter, the beds and pillow were very comfy. Bathroom and room were both clean. Gardens and location amazing. Dinner and breakfast were nice, staff very welcoming and helpful. Well worth sitting by one of the fire places to relax after dinner.

More information about parking and dinner menu would have been helpful. Parking at the room was tight so we parked someone in and felt we had to wake early to move car. Turned out there was lots of parking up behind our room. With dinner the menu was limited and I am vegetarian - unfortunately did not like the veg option. Would have eaten else where - but could not find the menu online to check before booking. No hair dryer in room 14. Could do with more comfy chairs in restaurant. Better seating in rooms. Instructions for TV control and a mirror in the rooms.

A warm, cosy & comfortable stay with roaring fires & lovely surrounds. The concierge Mark was so friendly & helpful as well! Nothing was to much trouble. It wasn't far to Bowral , Moss Vale & other places in the southern Highlands, we wouldn't hesitate to return.

I unfortunately got a room with the shower over the bath which I think is a little dangerous. Next time I'll ask for a standard shower in my room.
