Clean, comfortable room. Good shower in the ensuite. Effective air conditioning. Ideally located for the Southern Highlands Open Gardens Festival.

Like most motels it does not have a fridge that actually freezes. It would be very nice to have a freezer that can freeze cold packs for an Esky or picnic lunch.

This motel is well located and is in a very quiet area. Our room was very comfortable and impeccably clean. It was spacious and had a large lounge, a table and chairs, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, cutlery and crockery. The staff were very obliging, friendly and helpful.

Our only complaint was that the room was freezing cold when we arrived and took quite a few hours to warm up. As it was winter, I would like to suggest that heating be turned on before the guests arrive. Heating in the bathroom would be great too.

Room was comfortable. It is a Motel so a straight forward accommodation but it was well looked after with up-to-date furniture and beds. Shower was excellent. Bed was comfortable but on the soft side- not uncomfortable but as a rule we prefer firmer mattress. Bed sheets good quality and clean. Same for towels. We stayed there 2 nights. On the second night we got a extra milk, which was nice, but no extra tea/coffee. There was also specific parking space for each room. That was great. No need to find a parking spot each time we came back.

2 suggestions: 1) allow guests the choice to re-use towels. 2) replace/wash used cups/spoons. Room service made the beds and gave us fresh towels even though we hang our towels to dry and would have been happy to re-use them on our second night. But we got no clean cups/spoons. There were nothing to wash them with so we had to re-use dirty cups and spoons on the second morning.

Clean and fresh. Lovely staff. Everything you need was supplied. Usual kitchen products, toaster and microwave. Shower was FANTASTIC! Great water pressure, and shower was roomy. Very modern and aesthetically pleasing bathroom, with all bathroom products provided - shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap, body lotion and even shaving cream. They were actually nice quality too - shampoo didn’t feel like detergent, and conditioner was thick and creamy and smelt lovely.

Not that it mattered to us that much, but the tv in the room was tiny and you couldn’t really see the picture.

Linen was clean and bed was comfortable. It was a quiet place and check in was effortless. It’s a nice 20 min walk to the main strip and we should’ve stayed longer to explore more the area around us.

The intercom didn’t seem to be working. I did push it a few times and no one turned up. Since it wasn’t urgent I didn’t bother calling the number. The hand & body lotion in the bathroom receptacle was empty.

The room was spotlessly clean, the beds were comfortable and very warm. The hotel was quiet, there were no rowdy guests. I really liked the privacy and service. The staff were wonderfully helpful when i asked for directions and advice. I would be very happy to stay again.

The electric jug needs cleaning. Put 4cm of water in the jug, add two heaped tablespoons of Bicarbonate Soda . Then add a cup of vinegar. Swish it around in the jug OVER THE SINK. When the frothing subsides leave the jug sitting on the sink for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes get a toothbrush and gently scrub the built up lime scale or minerals off the inside of the jug. Rinse the jug with running water a few times, then fill and boil water in the jug to remove and particles or taste.

The owners were very friendly and helpful. When a taxi took too long to arrive to take me to the station to catch my train home, the owner drove me herself and refused any payment from me. How fabulous is that!

I liked everything including the beautiful autumn trees in the grounds.

Close to town, great location. Value for money. Friendly staff.

The toaster was dusty and a bit rusty. There are no hooks in the bathroom. The gap around the entrance door is quite big, and cold air gets into the room.

Free coffee with milk and biscuits! Not everywhere includes the milk and biscuits! The proprietor was very kind to keep our bags for the day and allowed us to collect them after the office was closed without issue which was very kind. We were upgraded to a spa bath room for no extra charge and it was very warm and very comfortable!

Bathroom floor dirty, lots of hair, because the tiles are a dark colour the bathroom is not cleaned properly, not good enough ….crockery not clean, had something firmly stuck just above the handle of one of them I was pleased I had bought along thongs to wear in the shower and throughout room
