Great room with plenty of space. Could we suggest a bigger coffee plunger and a ramp to make it easier for old people or wheel-chair users to get to the room rather than to manage the stairs. Also, Bowral no longer has a taxi service or a UBER service so we suggest you provide guests with the phone number of a private car service to use while staying at your property. It is a shame the local transport is so poor. We heard this from many Bowral locals. We could not work the smart TV but this was probably because we couldn't find the instruction book.

The Sebel was lovely. Staff upon check in were friendly and accommodating. Our room was large & very clean. We were given a complimentary bottle of champagne to begin our wedding week. The carpark was close to the rooms and the noise levels were minimal. The Sealy king bed was lovely- it was a real king bed (not two king singles pushed together). The shower was amazing- and often hotel showers are lacking water pressure, but this one was great and heated up right away. The aircon system was perfect also, working on an automatic system to heat the room. Though a little dated, the room was presented nicely and neatly, and it was an excellent stay.

The accommodation was spacious and warm. The carpet was especially nice to walk on in socks!

Amenities were good but the TV was below par. It had Foxtel but not ABC iView and we could not connect our laptop as the HDMI port was not connected to the TV. It was also quite a walk up and down stairs to our room, something that some may need to consider. Someone may need to look at the showerhead as water spurted out of the pipe and over the shower screen. (Room 203).

My husband and I arrived late in the evening to The Sebel in Bowral. We had been called earlier and the check in instructions were explained very clearly. Check in therefore was so smooth, even after hours. The room was HUGE and so beautiful. It was clean, had lovely furnishings, the bed was so comfortable as well! The location was so central to everything.

The only criticism I have is the shower pressure - could have been a lot better.

Great place will return. Bed is a little hard but that's personal preference . Lovely and quiet pretty grounds. I love having a kitchen.

Only complaint would be they say it's a smart tele but it's not .As the weather was bad we stayed in more than usual nothing to watch on free to air after four nights for an eight year old!

Beautiful apartments with great furniture and decor. Very comfortable beds. There was a mixup with rooms and we needed ground floor but we were allocated first floor with no lift. The amazing manager came back to property and found a suitable room for elderly parents. What could have been a disaster was quickly remedied. Couldn't ask for better service.

We arrived in the late afternoon and no reception. Key left in lock box. We could have sorted out room mixup before our elderly mother had to climb stairs thinking we had no other option. But as mentioned, the manager came back to property and sorted it out.

really well appointed, newly renovated appartments. milk and tea provided, decent mini kitchen. Toasty warm on arrival.

I’m relatively fit, but no lift to carry all your gear up and down a few flights of stairs with the car park a little far was annoying. Request a lower level room if you struggle with stairs. This is a very small niggle, for nearly 350 a night, having to empty the rubbish. I found it just added to another return trip to room when you’re most likely short for hands when lugging your gear back to car. I’d stay again tough ! :-)

I have stayed quite a few times at The Sebel Bowral and always found the bed's to be extremely comfortable include the sofa bed. The room's are spacious and include cooking facilities which is very convenient. The location is really easy to drive straight too.

No it is fine as it is. If I didn't like it I would not have returned so many times.

Very nice and clean living room and bathrooms. Bathrooms were stocked with plenty of toiletries and toilet paper, which was appreciated. Living room furnishings and arrangement gave plenty of seating without overcrowding the room. Powerpoints, HDMI & Bluetooth connections to the main TV were present and frequently used, which was a big plus. Blinds kept the sun out very well, which helped to give a more comfortable night's rest.

Light switches could be labelled better. Water leaks entered the apartment through the alarm speakers during heavy rain?! Provided cookware, but not basic cooking garnishes like oil, salt and pepper, which was puzzling (though unsure if this is the norm for most places)

Room- a delight to walk in to - tasteful decor and well designed layout. Bed - very comfortable Location - quiet and pleasant surrounds

Would have been more convenient if there was a restaurant on site Otherwise ideal for our one night stay and would come there again
