Great location. Easy walk to every thing. Room layout was great. Plenty of cupboard space and power points. Parking at the door, literally, was brilliant. No carrying bags for long distances. The shower was hot, big and fabulous. The room was warm and welcoming when we arrived.

Working out how to check in and get the key. No door handle, so if you went out without the key you were locked out. The shower was not as clean as I would have liked. The floor under the bed had definitely not been cleaned in a very long time. The dust was very thick. No tissues in the room.

Left from Melbourne, arrived after dark, and left early morning, but really enjoyed the location, easy to find and centrally located. Didn't get to see anything of Bowral.

The hotel itself was buzzing! Cold beer and meals which were freshly cooked and tasty. Room was renovated to a very high standard, very modern colour, fixtures and fittings. Bed was very comfortable and had a great shower with hot water. They have a bath/shower together. However the only down side was that the side of the bath was high and was finished with a very wide top, quite difficult to get in and out, have to be very careful.

Appears to be a newly renovated set of small motel rooms in Bowral, really conveniently located along the main Bong Bong Rd in town. Most key coffee shops and restaurants can be walked to, from the motel. The room was decently spacious, with good towels provided and a clean bathroom with good shower. Appreciated the Netflix accessibility on the TV, and the kettle and tea/coffee provided. Check-in was simple (going to the hotel bar) and check-out even simpler - just dropping the key in the room. The Bowral Hotel also has parking right in front of the room, which was super convenient. Great place to stay for weddings or a weekend away. Recommend bringing slippers.

There was an incredibly loud and rowdy group of people next door carrying on at 1:00AM, and could be heard clearly through the walls. Not the hotel's fault but wish this had been closer to the bar so this would have been monitored or noticed by the staff.

Room was recently renovated to a high standard with lovely linen. plenty of storage The bedroom was spacious with a large ensuite. Coffee and tea included with real milk. Bar and restaurant downstairs provided good pub fare in a pleasant country pub ambiance including a wood fire

Checking in was a bit haphazard. There was no soap in our room. TV remote did not work properly. A blessing really as we turned it off and did other things. Design of the shower over bath was not friendly and felt hazardous getting out when everything was wet and slippery. Would not recommend for anyone with ambulatory issues or physical difficulties.

Our room was in a quiet location, separate from the Hotel. Room was comfortable with all the basic necessities. Bed was very comfortable.

Quite confusing to locate our room, with limited instructions on checkin to pickup keys. We weren't given proper instructions on where our room was, which meant we had to hassle hotel staff to find our room. We also weren't advised how to return the keys for checkout when the hotel was closed, which caused more confusion. So suggest - properly seek advice on where your room is located

Staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs including a reschedule and an extension (we were there for a Bowral hospital stay). Space was basic but so comfortable and very conveniently located for the hospital run. We ate like royalty at the attached pub bistro, I seriously didn’t bother to go anywhere else, service & food were excellent. I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bowral!

Great location right on Bowral’s main street, newly renovated and stylish, comfortable rooms, good food downstairs in the pub. Everything you need for a couple of nights stay!

Air con/heater wasn’t very warm - took a long time to warm the room to a comfortable temperature. Water leaked out of shower covering bathroom floor - needs a seal across the door! Nothing that isn’t a simple fix though.

Good quality food in the Hotel. Clean, quiet accommodation which was great for our unexpected overnight stop. - room has jug and coffee machine which was great but no other self-catering facilities. Location good.

The bed rolled all over the room. No bedhead on the bed so couldn't sit up without it pushing off from the wall! Yes odd comment but I needed to sleep sitting up! Tiled floors allowed it to slip and slide. Bathroom has an automatic sensor light which is great, but it is right in the doorway and comes on before you can shut the bathroom door - annoying for light sleepers. And the shower is a fixed overhead one (and no shower cap provided) a pain for those who don't like getting wet hair every time they shower.

We didn't eat breakfast. Staff were responsive to a few issues. The accommodation was comfy and perfect for an overnight stay.

In our room, there was no consideration we were a couple, eg. only 1 tea cup, glass, etc. Staff should have realised it was a double booking and accommodated accordingly. The door separating the bathroom, was off its roller so hard to operate.

The spacious room had been recently refurbished and was very much to our liking. (Note: we were upgraded, according to the hotel, but the room we had originally booked also looked upgraded in online photos.) Very comfortable bed, good bathroom (although a bit lacking in horizontal surfaces for unpacking toiletries). Fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. No breakfast available but there are plenty of good cafes very close by.

There was a lack of transparency about credit card fees in the booking process. Also, the rooms could be better soundproofed - the TV and conversations in the room next door could be heard too much. No decaffeinated coffee available - we told reception this was an oversight. Access was via a narrow staircase from the carpark - not a problem for us but could be for anyone with mobility issues (however, the rooms we actually booked were ground level in a different building, so that is an option for the mobility-challenged).
