Modern. Had the best nights sleep on the king bed. Aircon above the bed was brilliant and the room was spacious (so you didn't feel crammed) and quiet. Basic motel room facilities but that was all we needed for a one night stop over. Being right next to the RSL was a bonus - meaning we didnt have to drive anywhere for dinner or brekkie! Customer service prior to checkin and at checkin was professional and welcoming.

Would have been great to turn off the light on aircon. Detergent to be provided to wash up cups and things.

Lots of room in our king deluxe room , all amenities were available, lovely shower, water was so hot and strong ! The bed was really comfortable and the fridge and tea making facility was easy to operate. It’s situated right near the club house so dining in was an easy option, we will make it a two day stay next time we visit. The receptionist was lovely and very helpful.

The steps, even though there was only four dragging suitcases up wasn’t easy

Great location and good size King room, which included a small dining g table and chairs. The staff were friendly and helpful. & considering the location it's quiet. The only noise comes from the Maccas up the road.

A lamp in the corner of the room near the windows would be good. It gets a bit dark. Some rooms with firm mattresses installed would really be appreciated. The mattress was too soft for me but my husband thought it was OK.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly helpful staff, who were able to accommodate both early check in and late check out. King room had good facilities like a small lounge, kitchen table, microwave, larger bar fridge, some crockery and glasses etc which made travel with a little one a lot easier as compared to a small hotel room. Comfy beds. Very close to the RSL for great dinner meals and McDonalds close by for brekkie! Short drive (and also very walkable) to Mittagong main street. Shopping centre nearby also in walking distance. We also thought the gardens (hedges and camellias) were really well kept, which made the motel look great.

Great location and room size. Stayed for a wedding close by. Really happy with our stay. Great bathroom products so nice not to have old fashioned soap cakes. Easy parking and access to the club.

Only thing was a down light was out and there was dirty handprints on the bathroom door but this was cleaned when our room was serviced without us saying anything so congrats to the cleaning team for attention to detail.

I booked here mainly for the location next to the RSL. We have stayed in one of the budget rooms behind the RSL but it had a few drawbacks. The parking is easy. The room itself was spacious and the beds comfortable. The room was quiet. I have stayed at other motels in Mittagong but they are on the main road and noisy.

Probably my fault for not looking properly but because it was so cold we needed the extra blankets. One was in the wardrobe and the other was in a drawer somewhere else. I didn't find the second one until the next morning. Having both blankets in the same place would have helped as we had to have the heater on all night. I think $215 is a little overpriced for the standard of the rooms.

The room was lovely and clean, the spa bath was wonderful and very quiet, guest robes was a bonus, plus extra towels, but the best part was the bed was very comfortable! Had nice heavy blackout curtains & you couldn’t hear a lot of noise from outside when in the room either. Easy parking and great location.

We found the tiles in the shower/bathroom very slippery. The lounge is for the look and not for comfort!

The room was fantastic. It was very large with double sink in bathroom. There was a sofa so you didn't need to sit on the bed to watch TV like you have to do in some hotel rooms.

It was expensive considering it was a regional town. We were there for a concert, but the lady at checkin didn't know any details about where and when the bus was leaving (even though it was outside the hotel) and we found this disappointing. She didn't offer to look it up or call the bus company. This is basic information that guests would have been asking all day.

The bed was very comfortable and size of the room and bathroom more than adequate. The whole place was clean and the location excellent. We were there during the heatwave and the air conditioner was effective and quiet. Parking was just outside the rooms and the staff were wonderful. We left some expensive things behind and they contacted us to let us know, then offered to package the goods and post to us. How lovely is that!

The springs is a treasure Hove on your travels and is a luxurious haven. The staff were exceptional throughout my stay and couldn't be more hospitable including the staff in the RSL club. The rooms are exceptional, lots of provisions, big rooms, comfortable bed, fantastic bathroom and shower. There was excellent coffee and biscuits and comfortable chairs and table. This motel is well worth that little extra. The food in the RSL is very nice.

Nothing at all to dislike. Well done to everyone who works there.
