The property is really beautiful. Our room no 6 was excellent. The moment I walked in I was happy with it’s decor,the size and the beautiful curtain.The room was nicely furnished and had everything we needed. The bed was so comfortable and had nice linen . The tv was working nicely, We watched YouTube, which was easy to connect to. The bathroom was very spacious and had a good water pressure. The receptionist that took us to our room was kind and professional. We had a small courtyard and a nice tree visible from the room. I absolutely loved the place.

Nothing to dislike.

Comfortable facilities and everything I needed for basic self-catering e.g, microwave and plates, knives, forks, spoons etc. Good size room and effective block out curtains as I am not an early riser. Lovely big, fresh, plush towels in bathroom and ample space in bathroom for a regular basic level room. Good undercover parking. Friendly couple that run the Motel and a warm cosy feel all over.

If I have to mention anything, the only thing I could fault was a flickering light down in the undercover parking lot, which is an easy fix.

It was raining when we arrived. Under the building parking was appreciated. Internal stairs for taking our belongings to first floor also welcome. Short walk down Main Street to Highlands Hotel Mittagong for dinner.

Our room was on Main Street side of the building. Around 3am traffic (mainly trucks) became noisy and continued thereafter. Toilet seat does not fit well and once up, it pushes on your back. The suite is oldish and perhaps the correct seat is no longer available.

It was a comfortable, convenient spot with friendly staff.

A nicely appointed property, tidy rooms that were comfortably warm without being stuffy. Coffee machine in the foyer that was free for guest use was a nice touch and much appreciated. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

There wasn't anything much to complain about. Reception closed at 7PM and after that you needed to use an access card to get into the building. Not a huge issue, but 7PM seemed a bit early to be closing up.

Tremendous customer service here. I arrived outside their normal closing hours and had an issue with my booking not going through properly. They were super helpful and took time out of their evening to make sure I had a place to stay. Very friendly and accommodating, rooms were brilliant value and in a beautiful part of the country. Would recommend highly.

The place was clean, very friendly and helpful manager. the room we had was quite. Loved the freshness of the new white clean towels. The bed was very comfortable and the coffee machine in the main sitting area was awesome, the hot chocolate was nice and hot. would come back here again.

Great location, close to main street. Large spacious room, comfy bed. Very clean and quiet.. We asked for a ground floor room with no stairs and were accomodated. Plenty of easy parking and lovely staff.

Wi-fi was unusable the night we were there. Although they have a commercial kitchen, there is no breakfast option (which we knew in advance) however there is a comfy guest lounge with a free coffee machine. The room also has tea and coffee facilities as well as a toaster and microwave, so no problem.

The receptionist was friendly and helpful in answering any queries we had in relation to the room. She was also very accommodating when we requested to temporarily store our bikes on the property. The keyless entry is a great idea and avoids the need to carry a physical key.

Our room was facing onto the main road which meant there was a reasonable amount of noise from passing cars and trucks. Aside from this there was nothing else to fault. We enjoyed our brief stay at the Grand Country Lodge!
