The room was excellent value. It was reasonably quiet considering its proximity to the highway but there was some traffic noise. The bathroom had been very nicely updated. The room had a nice big TV and good amenities, although we did find the decor (quilt cover, carpet & curtains) a bit funky. I asked the receptionist for dining suggestions and she recommended the Services Club. We went there and enjoyed our meal so we wholeheartedly endorse her recommendation. Very happy overall and we'll definitely stay here again next time we need accommodation in the Mittagong area.

Getting onto the property was a challenge. We arrived just after dark and the lights weren't on at the entrance. Coming from the south also meant that we had to drive a few hundred metres past the property to do a U-turn so we could legally turn onto the property.

It was very quiet and had everything that we could have needed. The lady at reception was very nice.

On our first night we didnt think we had any hot water because we ran the shower for about 5 mins, but none came through. The next morning we tried again and the hot water came through after about 5 mins, obviously we hadnt waited long enough the night before, which wasnt the hotels fault it was ours. But the was the only negative and really it was our own fault.

We like that it was out of town away from the busy main street but you could still hear the trucks. It is on a highway after all, just like the other 8 motels. This motel is set back from the highway on a hill.

Very strange not seeing a staff member, having no reception and a contactless entry. Couldn't ask questions about where to eat or whether the Golf Club was open for a meal. Golf club is no longer open at 6pm. But we found a lovely restaurant in Orange Vietnamese on Main street. The meal options and restaurant flyers in the room need to be updated, other than that, can't complain. For an older motel it was very reasonably priced and very comfortable. There was a clicking noise in the ceiling, but that could have been from the air-conditioner engine on the roof, not sure.

There was a welcoming staff member at reception & available during office hours on the week days.

The poor lighting of signage as you drive into the property caused confusion and I missed the turn off multiple times when returning after dark. The property is isolated at night time with no onsite management until office hours the next morning.

The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had been recently renovated. The gardens are lovely but the proximity of the highway is both a good and bad thing - it’s easy to find, in a delightful setting but the traffic which never stops has a noise impact.

The noise of the traffic which is certainly not the motel’s fault.

The room was spotless and with lovely fresh modern decor. The bathroom was lovely. We appreciated the blockout curtains doing a fabulous job of making the room completely dark for sleeping. We enjoyed eating outside in the gazebo.

Sadly, the traffic kept us awake and woke us up a bit. We realise this can't be helped though. I feel there needs to be a ramp leading from the path outside to each gazebo. Having to trample across the garden and grass that was unmown is not safe, especially for someone like myself who has a walking disability and has to use a walking stick. Simple timber ramps would be helpful and more inviting for people to use the lovely gazebos. This would be inclusive for guests who use walkers and wheelchairs.

This is a little gem! Recently refurbished. Rooms are very modern decor. Bed comfortable, shower fantastic, thoughtfully well planned room with everything you need provided! Wifi excellent. Spotlessly clean. Handy to all you need in Mittagong. Lovely coffee shops nice restaurants. Highly recommend this motel!!!!

It meet our expectations. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, we booked a family room. It had a kitchenette with kettle, toaster, microwave, plates and cutlery which allowed us to make breakfast. Decor is what you expect, it not a four star hotel, would stay again if we need a one night stay.

Not their fault did not like you can not turn into their driveway coming from Mittagong shops, you have to drive further down the road a do a u-turn.

Rooms were good, but were not described well. So I did not expect the second room so small. Quality of the beds were okay for this class of motel. It was clean

Bathroom was small, and it was tricky to control temperature of water. The kitchen was also small, so it not suitable if you wan to stay for longer time
