The room was not huge but had everything we needed as well as a nice bottle of port for a nightcap. Very comfortable bed, verandah for a cuppa looking over the lovely cottage garden where feeding the birds was easy. The kitchen was always open for a cup of whatever with a biscuit or a piece of slice. Breakfast was served, fruit & yoghurt with a lovely almond croissant. A variety of Cereal & breads were also available. Plus fresh brood coffee. I loved the fact that there was only 2 units that can be rented out, as it was quiet in the house at night.

The premises are at the back of a house on the main road through Mittagong. Was just a little noisey from cars but stopped early enough not to notice when going to bed.

Breakfast was excellent. Freshly cut fruit salad and delicious pastries. All requirements of a Continental breakfast were available. Our hosts were attentive and very eager to ensure that we enjoyed our stay. The proximity to the townships of the Southern Highlands was a plus. How nice is it to stay where you are made to feel so welcome and all your needs are met.

Nothing. It met all our requirements. The extensive artworks might not be everyone's "cup of tea" but they lended themselves to the atmosphere of the accommodation.

It is a beautiful eclectic space with lovely outdoor areas.The host went above & beyond to accommodate us when we arrived a day too early ( our fault) The breakfast was very generous & we loved the interaction with the other guests in the morning. It is on the main road into Mittagong but no traffic noise reaches the accomodation.A couple of good eating places within walking distance & a good hiking trail .

Some guests could be a bit "overwhelmed" by the many art works on the walls of the room.

Beautiful little BnB, great location, fabulous decor and so much quirky, funky stuff to explore and enjoy. Hosts Alyse and Shane were great - offering tips on places to go and things to do. Brekkie was very nice, and delivered right on time ! Our original booking was for 2 nights, but we loved it so much we stayed an extra night. We loved our stay and would recommend it to anyone !!

This was the most beautiful get away for my husband and I to celebrate our anniversary! the hosts were amazing and so very accomodating. Breakfast was amazing and we greatly enjoyed it. We enjoyed the most amazing almond crossaints and homemade pancakes! yummy!! Loved the gardens outside and the beautiful birds in the garden! For sure an awesome place to stay!

I can't think of one thing to fault. This was an amazing stay. Maybe some protein at breakfast but that is a stretch because we could have requested that. :)

Everything. Large room that is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. Very comfy bed and a complementary bottle of port was pleasantly enjoyed. The rooms overlook the lovely garden with lots of birdlife to enjoy. Shane & Alyse are very welcoming and available if you need, otherwise leave you to enjoy your privacy. The included breakfast was a special treat! Note, even though the property is on the main road the rooms are at the back and you don’t even notice or hear any traffic.

An unassuming house on a main road should NOT stop you. This place is an absolute gem. A hidden goldmine of hospitality, tranquility, effortless comfort. An eclectic mix of decor from modern graffitti type art to crystal decanters and your granny’s knitted throws to keep you warm. It works so well. Very quiet, peaceful and. Very very comfortable bed, excellent shower and tranquil garden to rom. No traffic noise, just the odd cockatoo or possum running cross the roof. Oh! Don’t forget breakfast is included along with afternoon tea. Truly worth every penny.

What a fabulous, clean place! Generous and welcoming hosts who thought of everything to make our stay special and memorable 😊 Beautiful, tranquil gardens! Glorious artwork and statues. Port, snacks, games, tv & top notch electronics! Extremely comfortable bed and dressing gowns. The most delicious breakfast and afternoon teas…. Omg Alyse is a phenomenal baker and her almond croissants were superb! We sat in the rocking chairs on the deck in the evening and listened to nature - there was no noise from the road. And the best thing ever was the shower! Wow!!! Awesome water pressure and went as hot or cold as you wanted 😀 Shane and Alyse are wonderful people who make sure you have everything you need and are available to assist with all your requests without intruding. We will definitely stay again. Absolute value for money and a relaxing, enjoyable experience.

Everything was excellent. Nothing to fault. Some people have mentioned the off street parking but I found it to be fine. Directly outside of the property with plenty of depth / space between you and the road traffic so we could unpack the car and be safe while other cars went past. Not an issue at all.

The location, the proprietors were really friendly and helpful, and the accommodation was very quiet in a lovely garden. The breakfast - specifically the fruit salad, which I love! - was excellent. The bathroom was well laid out and the provision of a night light was very thoughtful. The spatial separation from the hosts was very well managed - something that is not always well done.

For some reason, the electric blanket didn’t work for both sides of our queen bed. We also didn’t like the artwork (which covered almost every square centimetre of wall space), but accept that this is a very subjective judgment and others would think very differently.

Our hosts Shane and Alyse were warm, friendly, interested, dedicated and extremely thoughtful. Beautiful greeting road side. Rooms are gorgeous, complimentary bedside chocolate and port. Beautiful bedding. The bathroom was spotless, shampoo, conditioner, face/body wash and cotton balls provided. Gardens are lovely. The whole place is wistful, mindful, joyous. Colour everywhere you look. Alyse baked fresh muffins for afternoon tea for our arrival, so so very kind. Breakfast cereal toast, condiments, fruit, yoghurt, tea and coffee included in the stay. Fairy lights everywhere. Love, love, love.

A plain cotton pillowcase on the sleeping pillow would be wonderfully received. Apart from that there's nothing we didn't appreciate and there were little things everywhere designed to make you as welcome and relaxed as possible. Such a great place to stay.
