A gloriously maintained property and garden tucked away in one of those picturesque tongue twistingly named southern highland villages - Bundanoon. Fabulous and attentive staff, both local and travelling … always fun to explore other peoples travels. Bedroom suite had all that we required and more - the shared balcony attractive but would have preferred more window/natural light in the room.

Wine list for single glasses too limited. Food in the restaurant a little fussy/little and limited - appreciating that this is not a big property and lovely to have the gift of two restaurants, just check the menus before settling on where to eat. Some translation difficulties with staff - and that should not distract from how kind and engaging the staff were.

We loved everything about Osborn House, the staff were fantastic and helpful, we got such a lovely greeting when we arrived. We ate dinner at George's which was delicious, its a great relaxed vibe. We stayed in a Forest Lodge which was gorgeous, had a great view, the bed was comfy and it was so lovely and warm with the fire going. It's the little things too, when we came back to our lodge after dinner, we found little hot water bottles in our bed to warm it up, we loved it and would definitely stay there again.

I thought the food would be more amazing like Tanuki. It was good ... but not amazing. The staff were great though. I thought the breakfast was pretty average. The salt and pepper shakers don't match the décor and didn't work. The spa facial and massage were great too. Perhaps if we knew ahead to book we could have got a more convenient time, so maybe sending out stuff to make sure you book before you come would be good as we only had 1 day. The pool was heavily chlorinated and smelt so strong , decided not to go in, as the chlorine smell in the room was overpowering. Loved the rooms, and the décor. overall a great stay.

This is an absolutely beautiful period property with staff who care and go the extra mile to help you fully unwind and settle in. We were impressed with the hotel dining, the stunning interior design and the quality of treatments at the spa. I had one of the best massages I’ve ever had! There are wonderful national park areas for walking nearby to top it off.

The only area we felt could be improved was the spa facilities, which need some repair and modernisation. We really wished we could get the sauna up to a high heat as we personally prefer it. This was a minor point in the scheme of a great overall visit though!

Beautiful hotel. We only stayed one night as we were meeting up with my brother and his wife who had been there a couple of days with my elderly mother. My mother had an accessible room which was great for her. Wonderful service from a range of delightful staff. The dinner is the restaurant was fabulous. Not a cheap experience but an exceptional experience.

The views from our cabin were amazing - over the national park. The Fire restaurant serving Brazilian BBQ was authentic and excellent, as were the South American staff. We had the best time. 2 days seemed more like a week of rest.

The loose stone paths on the property can be difficult to walk along - because of slippage.

Beautifully designed and so chic. The beds were incredibly comfortable with gorgeous linen. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious. The grounds were so beautiful.

The bathrooms were quite cold. And the water pressure was terrible.

Absolutely delicious! We ate out on the lovely deck overlooking the national park every morning. Staff were so welcoming and friendly. Good coffee too.

There is nothing really- we played Scrabble and some tiles were missing that was about it. Everything was just perfect during our entire stay.

A very special place - friendly and accomodating staff, beautiful rooms, great food, lovely pool and spa, beautiful decor, great location. The list goes on!!

Expensive compared to other stays in Australia, but it is justified

Breakfast was included and made to order—very generous portions. Numerous fresh and tasty options were a highlight and a great start to the morning. Fire feast is a must; the food is locally sourced and delicious. Every corner of the place is considered, cosy and quiet.

The sauna was a bit glitchy, and guests were unable to add water.
