Location convenient to everything we needed. Restaurants and Stores. Suite was large, Kitchen sufficient for what we needed. Full-size fridge, stove/oven, microwave and Coffee maker. We did very little cooking, but could have. Bathroom good, shower water pressure excellent. Aside from some 'future maintenance', everything was in good working order. VERY CLEAN Sheets and Towels. TV in outer room, as well as bedroom. While I prefer a more 'firm' mattress, we slept well. A/C and Heating worked very well.

"Smoke Free' Facility but downstairs occupant smoked right outside their door and we got 'wafted'. Smokers should be required to move away from the room entrances.

The staff was so nice and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious . We enjoyed our stay and will be going back soon.

The Unit was equipped with a mini kitchen to prepare your meals.

The bed wasn't comfortable for anyone with back problems.

everything. my stove at home stopped working right before thanksgiving and I didn't have a clue as to what to about dinner. I was very thankful for ASOA. I had most of what I needed to prepare a small but decent dinner for thanksgiving dinner.

The place was nice and cozy. I really like the place. It had everything I needed there. Will be going back in the future.

Going up stairs. Bad on my legs and back. Don't know why I was put upstairs when the first floor had many vacancies.

Great value for a clean and comfortable room. The property was well maintained outside. The inside was pretty basic but has a nice kitchenette with a full size refrigerator. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

One small issue was the toilet had to be shut off at the valve or it would run all the time. It must have been a known issue because it was shut off when I checked in the room. Other than that, it was great.

It was clean with updated flooring. The exterior area was very clean and well maintained. There were a lot of chain restaurants in the area.

The room was nice but the furniture was old. The sofa bed had I big rip and the cushions were stained. It was also 9 miles off of Rt 95.

Every year we stay at Affordable Suites in Rocky Mount for a church function & everything meets the needs we have to function as we are involved in the church function. Affordable Suites are affordable & convenient for our needs. Staff are always wonderful at Rocky Mount
