Great customer service at the front desk. Shower pressure was great. Overall 8/10.

Light fixture at the entrance didn’t work. Light outlet in the room was lose from the wall. Cleanliness was great. No full dark curtains to prevent day light. Price was too high for the appearance that the room has.

Great location

Not Having the suiteroom that I made reservation for . It’s was giving to another guest that didn’t needed it And suite 328 Mr Fuller and others guests that I made reservation for had better choices and rooms and I really need the suite for business . This is the 3rd time I didn’t get what I as for.

The stuff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean

No free breakfast. I talked with a couple of the guest during my stay and they all complained there was no free breakfast. The pool was not cleaned nor opened

Shower was hot and powerful; nice snack area that accepted cash; use of the Hilton app for check-in/key

Bathroom is very small

The staff was courteous and helpful. It was decorated beautifully and very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable.

The bathroom ceiling was falling in as though there had been water leak from above. All of the room doors in the hallway looked like someone tried breaking in. That was scary. The restaurant attached was not something I would recommend to anyone. They were out of ground beef to make hamburgers, buns for Philly cheesesteaks and the service was so very slow. 20 minutes to be waited on, another 20 minutes to get drinks, the fries were cold and soggy and after agreeing to a tortilla for the Philly cheesesteak, they forgot the cheese. The breakfast was also not very good. The restaurant could definitely use work.

Very clean and great location.

We did have a slight problem with the AC our first night but once we brought the problem to their attention, it was fixed and the second night, the issue was taken care of and all was good.

I love that it had a restaurant connected to it. Great location. Very clean..

It took 45 mins for a grill chicken salad with only 4 people in the restaurant. The 3 out of 4 was 2 of my coworkers

location and convenience

The only issue that I had with this hotel was my room wasn’t 100 percent cleaned. There was a used piece of soap left on the counter in the bathroom, hair left on the toilet, and the bed comforter should have been changed out. It had a dirt spot on it. I always stay at this hotel when I come in town. This was the first time I’ve ever had a issue with my stay. So I would definitely stay again and give it another try.

They did not have breakfast at the hotel, even though I had paid for it. They said I could have items from their snack/vending area.

Booking site should not offer breakfast if hotel does not offer it.

We were driving north from SC during a tropical storm. We were glad to find a hotel just off 95 Given the weather we were glad to find a convenient hotel with the adjacent restaurant.

The staff person at the desk was not very friendly. Seemed like she cared less that we were there
