Clean!! No bugs!! Nice staff!! Breakfast was a basic small breakfast cereals, toast, waffles, coffee and tea nothing fancy. The room was clean and looks like they just got new furniture for an update. There was dove body soap, dove shampoo, dove conditioner and dove lotion already in the shower to use which was nice. Also a small coffee maker and frig. The staff was friendly and helpful. There were no people yelling outside or drunks wondering around.

The shower didn't drain fast enough and your standing in 6 inches of water if that is the worst I will take it. As long as the room is clean and the area is quite I will stay here again.

Our late check-in staff member was fabulous, breakfast was more than we expected. Brand new shower, tile and toilet were a VERY nice surprise, Dove products were much appreciated. Bar fridge was adequate for our needs, with a small freezer which helped with our trip. Adequate free parking for our car and truck, pet/Service Dog friendly.

The room could have been a little cleaner, we didn't mention it to staff as we were only there for a night.

It was located close to my grandmother's house and other events my family was having that weekend. Also, it was decent enough for the price of two rooms (1 Kings Room & 1 Double Bed Room).

The breakfast was below subpar, I mean the first breakfast morning there was no pancake mix to make waffles, no cereal other than bran flakes, the coffee was bad, no sugar or cream for the coffee. In the past the breakfast was always good. This year, it was well below the mark, like a 2 at best.

Morning person seemed to be put out for breakfast. Ran out of coffee asked about it she said with a tone making it and another person asked about the waffle station. She had syrup and the waffle machine all worked but the machine for the waffle wasn’t working said not working. Seemed to put off when anyone asked her questions

Clean and comfortable with an ok breakfast. Being rated pet friendly when booking, they charged $20 for my cat which was 30% of what I paid for the two adults. They don’t have to wash sheets or towels for the cat. You can’t say the charge was for the risk of damage because if there had been any damage I would have been charged for it. I even had to sign saying I understood that to be the case.

That it was clean the front office. Staff was very welcoming very polite. I came to fill my cup with water and the person behind the counter offered me bottles of water, which I thought was very nice. The breakfast area was good.

Nothing in particular, it was OK. It was in close proximity to food, places and gas stations and whatever you needed.

The bed was comfortable. The room was spacious and nice and clean. The pillows were comfortable. The comforter was warm. The staff were friendly and patient. I had messed up on my mom's reservation and they fixed it for me.

I didn't like that I didn't get me a nice suite like I got for my mom and my nephew.

The breakfast was fine, good variety. Parking was right near our room. We were glad to have a room that was handicapped accessible. Shower was perfect for someone that has trouble getting/out of a regular shower/tub combination.

Everything was very nice. No complaints.

The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. We found our room to be fresh and clean. Breakfast was great with lots of options. The dining room was super clean and well looked after by a helpful staff person. We will stay there again upon our return trip home..

I like that it was close to restaurants and stores. I love how much space the room had . And they provided Dove products .The staff was sweet

I did see like 3 roaches and the wi-fi was slow but other than that I didn’t really see any other problems
