The room was comfortable clean and good value for the money. We would stay again knowing what we know now about how to provide for ourselves.

Lack of free coffee, handicap parking, shower head needed replaced or fixed. Water splashed everywhere with low water pressure inshower head. Promises were made at time of reservation and then rescinded before check in. No towel or coffee replacements for 2.5 day stay.

The property is well maintained. The amenities such as free use of washers and driers are such a nice touch for traveling families. The full size refrigerator, the large room, the comfortable beds, the nice pool and the grilling area were all things that made this property stand out! The staff were friendly and helpful.

As in many hotels, the items in the little store are severely overpriced. $4 for a a small bottle of pop and $8.50 for a large bottle of water.

Staff super friendly and very knowledgeable. The room was clean and the bed was alright it could have been better. But over all the property was very clean well maintained and up to date.

That there is no ice machines on the floors. Yes they do have them but you have to turn it on when you get into your room. And it takes a while to make ice.

Perfect place to relax in peace, and work out at the gym, and you're have everything you need. My receptionist at the front desk name Brittany was amazing as well. She explained everything since it was my 1st stay and embraced my welcome. The pool isn't available at the moment but will be after Memorial Day and I'll most definitely be back.

Customer Service was beyond excellent per usual. I had the pleasure of sharing conversation with Brittany at the front desk. I will continue to resort here with Condlewood Suites in the future. It is hard to find compassion in customer service as I received from Brittany. Thank you Guys so much.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The lack of room carpeting was a big plus. The full size refrigerator was also very helpful. The beds gave us a great night’s sleep, and made us ready for the next day’s journey.

It would be a plus if the Candlewood Inn & Suites offered a breakfast of some kind.The Candlewood Cupboard is OK, but a breakfast would be better. It would make for a better experience.

Our room was clean and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The hotel location was very convenient to I-95. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The pantry was handy, but it would be nice if the property offered a complimentary breakfast, even if it were grab-and-go.

Nothing else. all was good

The lady at the front desk was amazing and very helpful. We came into this hotel desperately looking for somewhere to stay the night after showing up to a previously booked reservation at another hotel and finding out that their whole staff had walked out and there was no way to even get into the hotel.

We were completely satisfied with the room as a whole. The only thing that needed to be fixed was the shower head. It was challenging to use and flooded the floor outside the shower.

Staff was very kind and helpful. Room was very clean and had everything we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable. Lighting was great, temperature of the room was easy to regulate. We were extremely comfortable here.

The only thing I didn't like was that we couldn't stay longer.

The suite is spacious and a great value for the money. The facility is older so it and the mattresses could use a refresh. The staff are wonderful and they make everyone's stay a pleasure. Bianca and the rest of the staff are so warm, attentive and always willing to help.

Mattresses are comfortable but probably close to needing replaced.
