I absolutely don’t have not 1 single complaint lol staying here was truly an amazing experience thank you so much for accommodating my family and I. We arrived that morning super early and although check in wasn’t until 3pm the staff went out their way to clean an available room and get it ready within a hour for us hours before check in and I really really appreciated that because we were dead tired coming off a 11 hour drive 😊 and the room was amazing as well as the complimentary breakfast! We will stay here anytime wevisit Rocky Mount, NC. Thanks again

A heated pool would be nice. I traveled with my 3 young boys and the pool was the only thing they wanted to do but it was freezing no heat at all but other than that everything else was awesome!

Very clean and quiet, modern.

Location, was tucked away and quiet. But almost too far off the beaten path since there was a suspicious individual who appeared as if a transient walking around (was seen begging at traffic light a few min earlier) as well as a car parked in the far corner with dark tints and running with 2 people sitting inside (no one was checking in when we went in). Just left an uneasy feeling, prompting us to be sure we brought all of our belongings into the hotel room with us instead of leaving some things in the car even though it was just an overnight rest stop during our 2 day drive home. No security at the hotel.

I stayed here on short notice when I learned Nash Comm College was hosting a fire training class I needed. I booked online after searching the web for reviews of several hotels. This one had fantastic reviews and my experience lived up to the hype. The staff were very nice, helpful, and attentive. The facility was very clean. The breakfast was nice with the usual roundup of hotel offerings though if you are being health-conscious, you will find limited options. The friendly staff and facility cleanliness more than make up for it. This will be the first hotel I check for availability if I'm ever training in Rocky Mount again.

Please tell the staff who worked during my stay that I was very pleased and thankful for them. They deserve a compassionate gesture of appreciation. There was no way for me to do this at the facility.

The hotel is in a perfect location! It is RIGHR off of I-95 and halfway from home in NY to FL. Have stayed before and it is always SO clean and the staff is beyond friendly and helpful! The breakfast is great - so many choices. The best part of our stay is ALWAYS the staff! Every single one of them! Love it here!

Nothing. Love everything about it!

Check in was easy. We arrived at 11pm and Vanessa was genuinely happy to get us checked in. The room was immaculate! The pillows! Heaven! The bed! Super comfortable! The bathroom was roomy and I loved the extra towel hooks. The breakfast selections were great. And the dining area was spotless. Shaquita and Kevin really did a great job. Angela was at the desk as we checked out. I dropped off the room key and she said she hoped we had a great stay and was really friendly. Please let the staff know how awesome they were. We were there less than 24 hours and in that short amount of time, it was a great experience.

Just a suggestion. Put in a magnifying makeup mirror in the bathroom. You'd make a lot of women happy.

Hotel as a whole including room was very clean, staff was very polite and helpful.

We stayed in room 803, the only negative at all was the bed had a divot on one side and was not comfortable at all. With that said, everything else was great.

Very clean, comfortable quiet.

Ice machines did not work on any floor. Night hostess was not as friendly as most. Need more coffee dispensers as there was always someone not getting coffee when they wanted it.

The staff is professional and helpful. Clean and safe hotel. The location off the highway is excellent. I have stayed here several times and will definitely return!

The only issue was my tv was not working, but the staff was responsive each time I called.

We always stay at Fairfield/ Marriott’s because they are always clean, convenient to our travel routes, and comfortable. We love the breakfasts and the staff are always friendly. It makes our traveling experience very enjoyable!
