Location was good & convenient. Staff were very accommodating & helpful.

Our room had an odd (unpleasant) odor, although it appeared clean (maybe it was the well worn carpeting?). Breakfast bar was okay - cold juices & hot coffee, bread/bagels, Belgian waffle maker (a Big Plus!) & warm syrup. The scrambled egg “patties” appeared to have been frozen & reheated, sausage was ok. Only thing that was missing was perhaps some fresh fruit - like bananas or oranges?

I liked the staff. All my experences with staff were excellent. Sorry I checked out at 05:00am, did not have time for breakfast.

I stayed in a pet friendly room and from the time you enter the room there was this urine odor. I called the front desk and it was handled immediately.

You did not pay the hotel even though I paid you well in advance for my two rooms and the hotel required me to pay a second time I have filed a dispute with American Express about your failure to pay the hotel

Husband is placed in assisted living facility. I am traveling back and forth often. Good location and fair price. Always ask for and get same room.

Beds were too soft

it was convenient and clean. Was able to check in quick and easy, staff was polite. Room was very spacious and clean.

Just that the walls were thin, heard the person in the next room snoring all night.
