Location is great right of the i95 North few fast food restaurants walking distance so all of that is great if you are in a road trip on the i95 North bound especially. Lobby is very nice and clean smells great front desk staff very friendly and professional so great job there .

My room had a strange smell kept me up at night I couldn’t figure it out but not a pleasant smell at all very low level but not pleasant, I think it was from the bathroom or sink somewhere by the front door but I smelled it even when I was in bed trying to fall asleep. 2nd thing, the bathroom in the shower area specifically had few unpleasant stains so definitely needs to be cleaned better. They were very small but still noticeable. Overall not bad just needs to get the smell and the few small stains more attention.

First of all the young lady that worked the front desk when we arrived is just a pleasure to your establishment . Pleasant and helpful . The thin black lady that worked the breakfast bar the morning we left was also very courteous , pleasant , helpful and took the time to make sure everything was in order . Both ladies we had contact with are true professionals and made the choice a good one to select The Holiday Inn from many options available in Wilson . Thank You

The breakfast was fine, pretty typical. I grabbed a bagel and a slice of bacon so that I could get on the road. The room was attractive and updated. Very clean, with a comfortable bed and pillows. Loved the Dove products in the bath. I was very happy that the parking lot was so well lit since I was arriving alone after dark. The location was convenient to fast food, gas, etc.

Love the new decor. Chaise lounge outstanding addition. The staff went out of their way to assist. Mr. Hyman even looked at my overheating car!

Funny, I made my reservation through bookings.com and they gave me wrong hotel and said my party was adults and four children. I thought I was staying at the Fairfield hotel across the street. They had no reservation. Checked and it was your holiday Inn. I will use you place for trips between Connecticut and Florida from now on.

Very friendly staff who truly care for their workplace. The staff were always busy keeping the hotel the exceptionally clean. The breakfast was delicious, hot and tended to by staff ensuring a clean kitchen. We will definitely be back.

Everything was excellent.

Convenient location. Very clean. Friendly cooperative staff.

The bathroom. Sink was not in the bathroom. Did not like having to brush my teeth and wash up in an open space. Bathroom was very tight. Hard to get in and out.

Shanequa was wonderful. She made a big difference in our experience. My dog Daisy loved her too. The whole process of checking it was fast. Property is clean recently renovating. The parking lot has plenty of light. Great area lots of other hotels, golden gas stations.

The breakfast was great. The eggs were delicious and hot. My only issue with the breakfast is the pancake maker. Not enough batter and it wasn’t cooked long enough

The pancake maker was not great the pancakes were not cooked that well and the batter was not giving enough. The pancakes also didn’t taste greatly

I did not like the Continental breakfast was told that they serve hot grits and they didn't have a microwave in the in the cafeteria to even microwave the grits which were in a package so it was not pleased at their breakfast at all.

I liked everything!! This is a great hotel. Comfortable beds, great breakfast, quiet place, very clean, awesome pool!!
