It is a great location, off the highway but not too close. Cookies in the lobby. 1st floor near the exit for dog walking, close to eateries, the breakfast in the a.m. is delish and the lady working there was very pleasant. There was an inviting hot tub and pool on site, but no dogs allowed in that area, so I was unable to use it. The king bed was very comfortable. Parking is easy and close to the hotel.

My curtains in room 107 did not close completely so a section had only sheers covering the window,so the light was coming in a bit.

stayed in this one and had a great time for one night. check in was quick. really liked the friendly service from the staff. the room was clean. the bed linen was fresh and the bed was comfortable. the air conditioner worked quietly and well. thanks for the good cleaning and cleanliness of the room. the breakfast was standard. i recommend this hotel a huge thank you to the service staff for your work

Hotel was fine and clean, staff was friendly, specially the breakfast lady, room was clean and comfortable.

Everything was fine, but there was an issue in the room, I'm not sure if I want to blame the cleaning lady because the room was spotless, but makes me think like someone sneak into that room to have breakfast inside, then left all trash in the trash can by the bed and totally forgot to take it with (whoever was). I was so tired when I showed up, that's why I didn't complaint at front desk or by the phone... Again, other than that, room was perfectly clean.

Breakfast was very decent. Eggs were tasty but the make your own waffle stole the show. Room was great. Bed was quite comfy. Staff was very nice. The TV had tons of stations. Kids were able to watch bluey and that was fantastic. Shower had good body wash, shampoo, conditioner set up.

I could be wrong, but the pool chemical balance might have been off a little. The color was a bit on the green side. It also had a bit of an interesting smell. The kids still enjoyed it very much and had fun.

bed was comfortable, breakfast was ok, room was nice.

They gave us a room that someone was already in the room. I could hear someone, so I didn't open the door. I decided to knock, and they were as surprised as I was. This could have gone very bad if I would have opened that door with my key while someone was already staying in that room. Me and my family could have gotten shot right there. The staff stated that there wasn't supposed to be anyone in the room based off what was in the system.

Everything! Pulling up the property looked well kept and clean. No litter floating around, no debris or clumps of sitting dirt. Looked welcoming. Staff was cordial and helpful every time we approached the front desk, all staff members we met in the hallways or on the elevator greeted us with a smile and made sure we had everything we needed. Room clean, bathroom area spotless. We love this place!

The room was spacious and had what we needed. It was clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The fitness room had more than just a treadmill and bike which was nice. Actually had dumbbells and other equipment.

The hot tub was not working properly. The temp was 100-102 at most and the bubbles would not come in. It was disgusting as well. Mildew all along the edge which means the tiles haven’t been scrubbed in a very long time.

The pool was nice . Staff was nice . Room was cozy and clean .

Our bottles of shampoo and body wash were empty when arriving other than that everything was good . Not sure what was going on but there was an incident at the hotel our last night where there were several police officers at all exit points with a canine dog . Obviously something was going on and also the two night we stayed there ( not our room) but our hallway reeked of marijuana .

The front desk was staffed with a helpful person (Keisha) who was very accommodating. Keisha possessed extensive knowledge of the hotel's amenities and services. Furthermore, she provided detailed information on the various offerings available during the evening. It was truly a pleasure interacting with her, as she was a great help. This made my stay even more enjoyable.

Breakfast/Staff were awesome...very accomodating and professional. I was part of a family reunion party, as well as saw that the hotel also had a wedding party. The Desk was very professional, and worked to ensure that all issues were taken care of in a timely manner.

The ice machine (1st Floor) wasn't accomodating for the crowd. The Family (Reunion) was directed to meet/hang out in the gazebo area of the hotel (parking lot), vs in front of the hotel, which did not have lighting in the area.
