CLEAN, spacious, very modern, the breakfast was really good! Ample parking, well lit, overall this was my favorite stop (and BEST night's sleep!), of my trip home from visiting family in PA for the holiday. After 4 disappointing nights during the week this was exactly what my son and I needed.

For the wonderful overall experience and all the great things about the property that stood out, the check-in interaction could have been "warmer"...especially after being in a car for 8 hours and road weary. I know it was late, but this would have really put it over the top and made it a 10!

There was a mix up with my room when I checked in, I feel that the lady who was working the desk that evening was probably new and a bit overwhelmed with the amount of people there to check in at that time, but she was very nice, and I am not one to complain so I just went with the room she put me in. Turned out that I was in the system as being in a different room, so I had to go to the desk on my 2nd day and have them reconnect my room card, on the 3rd day when the same thing happened, I found out what was going on. Moniqua at the front desk was able to get everything straightened out and was very helpful. The staff were awesome, the room was clean but a bit loud due to being right by the highway, the beds were hotel beds, some people find them very comfortable, for me they were hard, but all hotel beds tend to be now.

The noise from the highway, especially on the side of the building I was on. Not the hotel's fault but it was loud during the night when you are trying to sleep, especially if you have the very last room on that end of the hall like I had.

The breakfast was OUTSTANDING! I was expecting a standard continental breakfast but it was a full spread of anything you could want! The location was very safe and quiet. The staff was wonderful! Ashley went out of her way for me and was so kind!

Housekeeping knocked on my door at least 4 times in one day after I repeatedly told her I was all set and needed to rest as I was training while I was there. There was a pipe burst while I was there which left us without water for 5 hours but not the fault of the hotel.

Away from highway but it showed that you have a restaurant inside your hotel. This isn’t true. You have 1 on each side of you

Charged $100 for 2 small YorkiePoos for 1 night. One is 9 Lbs and her sister is 6 Lbs. I could see if they were great big dogs that are going to jump up on couch and everything. I think this was excessive. We won’t be stopping here again

The breakfast was excellent and the location was very convenient. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. There were a couple of minor issues with the room but overall we were pleased.

The room looked like they had forgotten to vacuum and the shade control did not work. We were offered a different room but did not feel this was necessary,

The check-in process; front desk clerk could not find our reservation in the system, we had to pull up the confirmation # from our email, show her, still couldn't find it. Until she found it in total it took about 15 minutes, at no time did she say she was sorry for what was clearly an IHG problem. The state of the face cloths was appalling! So stained & dirty looking, I tried two different ones and was still afraid to touch my face with one!

The location off of I-95 was our number one reason for booking. Having an Outback right next door was nice. After driving 7 hours the last thing I wanted to do was drive looking for somewhere to eat. Their fitness center had state of the art cardio equipment and I was able to get some kind of workout in. The complimentary breakfast they offer was nice way to start us back on the road.

It would have been nice if the had some resistance exercise equipment in the fitness center, but not a must.

The staff was very good.

Remind the staff, particularly the younger ones, to respond to a guest's thank you with something like "you're very welcome" or "of course" or "my pleasure". I really cringe when I hear "no problem" from the staff. It shows a lack of training. Also, the room was well appointed except that the chair at the desk would not raise or lower despite the lever that extended from underneath the chair. When I requested that the chair be replaced, I was informed that there were no chairs available that could be lowered up or down. Is that really true? I wondered.

I like the two queens bedroom, everything looks new and modern. Bed sheets and furniture are clean. A/C works well, it’s comfortable and we slept well throughout the whole night. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash were hanging on the wall, very convenient. Provided coffee 24 hours. Staffs were nice and friendly.

The hand soap and lotion in the bottle were hanging on the wall, which was also convenient but both bottles weren’t filled it up. We didn’t ask because we were all tired. Breakfast was okay. Sausage was cooked too dry. Closing the door made a slamming sound.

very nice staff, great location

I wake up about 3am from excruciating back pain every night not hotel related and while husband still sleeping I went to lay on the chase lounge & watch tv and it was like sitting on bricks. ended up sitting very uncomfortably in the desk chair. it looks nice but a useless piece of furniture, just put in a chair wit an ottoman. other than it was nice, but we were planning on staying there again on our way home from Myrtle Beach but I had to cancel. the sofa situation was unbearable for me because of my back.
