The room was over the top! The breakfast was delicious and the hours went to 10 which is good for me. The staff was professional, efficient and very friendly. When I needed something it was handled.

I liked everything. I would suggest letting people know when they check in the difference in cleaning procedures. Not a problem, just my inexperience.

Room was extremely spacious; loved having access to full fridge and kitchen items. Beds were comfortable and all spaces appeared clean. Staff were helpful and respectful.

The lighting in the bathroom is not quite enough; would have liked to have another mirror somewhere so that 2 people could get ready at the same time; near the little table would have made that space useable to eat or as a small vanity.

I was upgraded to another room which made me so happy after my long drive. Breakfast was GREAT! The front desk Clerk was amazing and was able to give me an even better room. It was good to know they were concerned about us getting into a nice room after traveling on the road so late.

When we arrived at 130am to check in our room we were given we went to 303 and it wasn't cleaned. It was apparent that the beds were slept in and trash in the room.

Spacious room for family

Had to ask for sheets for sofa. No conditioner in bottle on shower. Door appeared closed but you had to slam it or push it closed after letting it close itself. No cream cheese at breakfast. They ran out the day before and didn’t make accommodations for the next morning. Housekeeping, food service and maintenance could benefit from a refresher training. These are basic things.

Everything was excellent. The room was spacious, exceptionally clean, with an unexpected kitchenette and powerful shower. Breakfast was great, and every member of the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming.

$75 pet fee was excessive. Pillows were flat. View out the window was of a giant full dumpster.

This property was amazing. The room was spacious, clean and with a wonderful kitchen area. I have never stayed at a Homewood suites before but I will definitely stay at this one again, and check out any other Homewood suites on future travels. Unfortunately the pool was closed for the season, but this is a wonderful location.

I truly can't think of much I would improve. Breakfast was average. Front desk could have been a little more friendly on the evening/ overnight shift. Not rude, just indifferent.

Nice, comfortable and accommodating, plus close to everywhere. I only wish I had more time to explore, the area seemed real interseting. Rooms were ultra roomy too, nice and comfy, big enough to have a little party

They wanted a code, and I had to contact you guys to get it. It should have been included in the email, but it wasn't, and it was a hassle to get, so next time include it automatically and don't make it like pulling teeth to retrieve

The breakfast was wonderful, they had hot and cold items. the room was a good size, would be a good space for a multiple night stay. I liked that they had a small selection of groceries which made having a quick dinner easy.

The pull out couch bed was right across the main bed so it was a little close, but we made it work. our kitchen sink wasn't draining, and i looked in the sink and there was a towel stuck in there. i took it out and threw it away,

Staff was wonderful during the whole stay. Nice, big spacious room with comfortable beds!

The refrigerator in room 309 was SO LOUD, it sounded like a motorcycle. Made it a little hard to sleep, especially rolling over in the middle of the night and hearing it then trying to fall back asleep.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel once before. I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly and helpful the staff was. The breakfast was great, and the hotel was clean and beautifully decorated. I booked again with this last trip, and because of the good experience here, I've tried to book Homewood Suites for each of my stays along my way.

I have no complaints at all. Traveling alone, I requested a lower floor with an easy access to my car, and the staff made every effort to do so!
