Thiis place completely exceeded my expectations. I went off of google and booking recent reviews and not where they right. 5 minutes off 95. Tons of convenient stores local. Plenty of parking. Lobby was clean and staff was extremely friendly. I arrived at 11 at night. They got me in my room within 2 minutes. Room was extremely clean. Bed was a little squeaky but no big deal. Tv worked fridge was cold. Air conditioner froze me out. And the shower had everything you need with plenty of hot water. Would 100% stay here again and I’m pretty picky.

Great rooms, very clean. Very comfortable beds. Love the kitchenette and the coffee pot. Bathrooms were perfect with the necessary toiletry items.

I was working out in the little gym and there was no water in the 5 gallon water jug. The woman at the front desk was very apologetic and said she would let somebody know when they came into work.

This was a last-minute stay due to bad weather, so I depended on having a room with a kitchen. It was great to have a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, and everything else you would need. The room was a comfortable place to hang out.

Nothing negative to say. The kitchen could’ve used a few more utensils. It just had two of everything.

While the hotel itself was very dated - the lobby, the elevators and the hall carpets, the interior of the room was very clean, roomy and comfortable.

There was a creepy guest who kept talking to me outside the building when I needed to take my dog out and when I was unloading and loading my car - which was VERY early in the morning. It made me uncomfortable. The hotel itself was nice and I liked that there was another hotel right next door but it was not well lite in some areas.

The entire location has been remodeled and looks so so nice. I always stay there when I travel up north. The receptionist who greeted me was able to get my igh points and upgrade my room and I didn't even know that and that was so wonderful. Plus she was so professional and kind.

The recent renovation is really appreciated. The kitchenette was perfectly outfitted and the room/bathroom was comfortable and very clean. They really do an outstanding job of cleaning. Pets are permitted for a fee. Coffee makers in the room and free coffee in the lobby. Well situated near shopping and restaurants. Excellent value.

The bed had a slight dip on the side I slept on; the mattress could stand to be turned. I would prefer a small round table and chair for dining as opposed to a big lounge chair and small computer table as there is also a desk. The clock hadn’t been changed for DST and I couldn’t figure out how to do it. The freezer ice maker was very loud so I turned it off for the night.

Was able to get a first floor room which was really close to my car. That made it very convenient for loading and unloading

Overall, accomodations were excellent. Loved the coffee!!! Location was ideal for our plans to visit relatives and friends.

Water pressure in shower is low. Difficult to turn water to "off" to prevent water from a continuous drip. Commode also continues to run water . Waste of water.

When I booked the hotel it was advertised as a no fee for pets stay. I might have gone elsewhere had I known that there would be a charge upon arrival. A DEPOSIT, I would understand, but I feel that this was a bait and switch.

It was convenient to a decent restaurant. Although I didn’t use the suite appliances, I was glad to know that they were there. I will definitely be looking for Candlewood Suites in my future travels.
