We checked in on a Wednesday. The weekday night front desk person (Derek was his name, I think?) was so very friendly, welcoming & accommodating. So was the weekday morning front desk person (Kimberly). But the one on duty on Friday night (not Derek) was rude when we asked for the name of the night desk person (don't know her name).

We had to stay over during Hurricane Helene & when it did come to Wilson on Friday afternoon, our room window took on a bit of water. It was really torrential rain & we took care of it with a waste basket (!). We also told the morning desk person about it.

Breakfast was better than some. Hats off to the Lady that runs it. She lov3s her job, and that's seldom heard now a days. Easy checking, and out. Pool was open and clean.

The bathroom tile floor had 2 broken tiles in so bad we made sure to cover with a towel. The bath tub drain was laying on the floor behind to door. The night we stayed they had 13+ cars that the windows were smashed. Some items were in fact stolen. Thank God I parked at the front door! This could happen anywhere now adays. But beware! Please replace the broken tiles in the bathroom, and maybe fix the tub drain?

The rooms and bathroom were clean and spacious. There were plenty of towels and in-shower toiletry dispensers, along with hot water and strong water pressure. Always a blessing after long days driving. Breakfast was all that it advertised and refilled, open later than some hotels, so that's nice too.

Coffee was too weak for my taste, but it was hot and plentiful. The facility was a bit dated and probably ready for superficial renovations, but it was in good shape and serviceable for overnight.

Alysha at front desk was so helpful,courteous, professional and just made check in a breeze. Everyone has been so nice. Room and inside of hotel was clean and comfortable. I stayed extra day then originally booked because of work and had no difficulty extending stay. Plenty of parking.

Manager could not accommodate my work schedule for next 13 weeks.I would have been charged 6 days for actually staying 3 because I work nights.Manager could not guarantee room availability, early check in, or late check out.

I skipped the breakfast because I wanted to get on the road and home. Judging by the many people eating, I’m sure it was fine. The location of the hotel was paramount to me. The rates for lodging in Rocky Mount were way too high. A couple of miles in driving distance to your location was far less expensive and yet the accommodations were excellent. I only wish my wife had been with me. She would have absolutely loved the suite since our television habits are quite different. The extra television would have suited her just fine. The last reason I wanted to stay in the location was because of its proximity to Parker’s Restaurant, a place I’m familiar with. One of the great bbq and fried chicken establishments anywhere.

No complaints.

Breakfast was great and breakfast staff were very friendly and attentive. I love the fact the hotel is pet friendly, this is a major plus in my book!

Not very much comes to mind other than it might be more pleasant to relocate the smoking area from the front door to a place a bit further away. It doesn't bother me but I noticed it bothered some elderly who seemed to be capable of having respiratory problems. I know these things are always a challenge though.

I was traveling with my friend and our kids. I booked while on the road. I was so tired I booked the wrong day. Front desk staff was so nice and helpful he fixed the booking to accommodate us for the night so we could rest before getting back in the road.

The pool closes at 12pm so kids went down at 11:45 and got to jump in but then they had to get out because they close the pool at 12pm. Didn’t make sense to me but everything else was really good.

The Front Desk personnel was extremely nice, courteous and professional. Keith went outer his way to make this visit extremely great, Upon arrival I was greeted by front desk personnel with such a warm welcome. The first room I was assigned was dirty but the front desk to care the problem right away and assigned me another room.

By far the worse breakfast. The sausage tasted and smelled freezer burned. There is no thought to this plain breakfast. The juices were watered down and the coffee is horribly weak and like warm. Breakfast was the same two days in a row. Whoever hears is putting the biscuits in the bin with the cold bagels. Some cheese on the bland eggs please. The Pillows also need to be replaced.

Located right off the highway and near several restaurants, this was very convenient! The rooms have newer tile flooring, not smelly carpet which was great since this is a pet friendly hotel. There is a great side yard for taking your pups out.

The breakfast was subpar, but that's pretty typical for this type of hotel offering a "free breakfast". The hallways have old, smelly carpet that should be replaced.
