It is an old boutique hotel that has been renovated by Wyndam. I am very particular when it comes to cleanliness and this place not only met but exceeded my expectations! The hotel is on the busy beach road but has blackout curtains and double pane windows for noise reduction. I only heard loud noises i.e. (ambulance ) until about 1100pm and then had a good night's rest without any noise. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the air conditioning was money!! They provided an iron and board as well as an in-room coffee maker and refrigerator. It has a lovely small pool area with complementary happy hour for guests from 5-7 but i was unable to enjoy this time. There are washing machines but you need to install a phone app to use. There is also a $15 per day parking fee. The motel is close walking distance to many shops and restaurants and is across the street from the beach. It is also within 2 miles to Holy Cross hospital. It's a lovely place in LBTS and I will definitely stay here again on my next trip down to Ft. Lauderdale.

Nothing, it's a great place!

I cannot say more good things about this hotel! The facilities are immaculate and thoughtful, providing everything you could need. Free coffee is available in the front office, along with some drinks and snacks for purchase. Plus, the front desk goes above and beyond to ensure you have a good stay, even loaning out umbrellas/towels/chairs free of charge. It is only 2 blocks from the beach and across the street from a convenience store. To top it off, this was by far the most hospitable experience I have had at a hotel! My friend and I spoke with the owners during the (free!) Friday happy hour, and they were so genuine and kind. You could tell that they were happy to meet us and truly cared about ensuring we had a good stay. Will stay again if in the area and recommend to anyone visiting!

From the moment we stepped in to the reception area, we could tell the sparkle and cleaniness was over the top. We were welcomed by Marketa, who was so very sweet, knowledgeable made you feel very welcome. All the staff were very nice and accommodating. The rooms are very clean, everything new, pool was warm and clean, nice area. The location was superb close to beach and the downtown area very walkable.

The only suggestion I would have is for a few more chairs on the upper levels or possibly a table where you could enjoy coffee in the morning.

The hotel is very clean and was priced well. It is also located near stores, restaurants and bars so you can walk, The beach is also close.

I didn't like the parking situation as we drove over from our home on the Gulf coast. There was also a $15.00 per night parking fee which I was not aware of. Also, upon check in, the person was not very helpful or friendly. He never told us that housekeeping is done every 3 days unless you call. We did not know until we checked out. The only other issue we had was the room next to ours, which was also attached by a door in between, had kids and we were woken up early on Sunday morning because the kids were screaming and loud.

The staff were amazing . The hotel was updated and clean . I loved the option to purchase snacks in the lobby . The room had a refrigerator , hair dryer and iron which was nice . The pool was heating and many places to sit . They even hosted an employee appreciation night with music and drinks .

The location is on a busy road at no fault of theirs. It’s two blocks to the beach . Which was not awful .

New property; very clean. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. King size bed felt luxurious and had 6 pillows! Spacious shower! Spent most of the time on the shaded chaise lounge chairs by the pool. Would stay there again.

There is street noise from A1A - the upbeat music playing around the pool deck does a lot to mitigate the traffic. The rooms are well insulated so the noise did not intrude there.

Room and pool were good.

No free breakfast, coffee that was provided was poor quality. Had to pay $15 a day for parking on your premises. There was nothing in property description that we would have to pay to park. There was no poolside bar as was advertised. The front desk people told me there was no intention to ever have a bar even though one is inside the pool area.

It is beautifully renovated, within walking distance to Lauderdale by the sea/restaurants, and the beach. The staff was wonderful and very attentive. It was clean and the pool area was very comfortable.

There was a fair bit of road noise and you can hear your neighbors through the connecting door. I didn’t notice as I being a travel fan to use for noise control.

The service was exceptional. Everyone at the front desk were very helpful and very nice always. The rooms were so spacious an clean. The pool area very clean. It was an amazing hotel and I definitely will be back. Thank you Matteo, Joey and Julian....great customer service

wonderful property and everything is brand new, perfect location to enjoy Lauderdale-by-the-Sea. Free coffee and water in the lobby and the staff are incredibly helpful. Everything is brand new and modern and quiet. We will definitely stay here again such a short walk to everything.
