Really lovely hotel in Jaipur. The decor was amazing, the room was a great size and very comfortable The breakfast was really good as was the food served in the restaurant. Overall a great location and fab rooms, staff were really friendly and helpful, especially those working in the restaurant. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

The hotel was fab, however this is not the fault of the hotel. Just be wary of the tuk tuk drivers outside of the hotel, on the day of our arrival we used a tuk tuk driver to take us to a restaurant, the journey was unpleasant and we just wanted the journey to end. The very next day the driver followed my husband into the hotel calling after him asking why we had not used his services for a tour. We are used to being called after, but he was aggressive.

Everything 🥰 it is exactly like the pictures, which is not the case in most of the places. The staff is super polite, friendly, professional and supportive. Super clean. Location is very good in a clean block which is relatively close to the train station. I used not to like Indian food but in their restaurant I had amazing food. Mr. Kanishk and his staff made my visit to Jaipur really memorable

We had a lovely stay at Dev Mahal. The staff were kind and professional from the start. The room was quiet, clean, and spacious thanks to its smart layout. The shower was large with great water pressure—perfect after a long day. The property blends traditional Rajasthani haveli style with modern comfort. Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully designed. The restaurant deserves special mention: excellent value, beautifully presented dishes, and better than other places we tried outside. Breakfast was buffet-style with a wide variety—fresh fruit, veggies, sweets, eggs, pancakes, and hot drinks. The cappuccino was especially good. We left with gratitude and great memories. We’d also like to thank manager Saurabh Sharma for his warm welcome and attentive care, which made our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Jaipur who appreciates calm, hospitality, and quality service. Hope to go back someday!

On the bedsheet there was Red dots Under the bed was lots of dusty. They should have curtain behind the door 🚪 I ask for a ice bucket it's take one hour to come to my room they charge me 100 rupees for ice and not was informed I asked for water they said we give only 2 bottles a day. After they send me Ro water was not charged

The property is exquisite and the staff is very hospitable. The decor of the palace gives a rich heritage feel to the place. The inhouse restaurant has some really good food

The room size was small and felt it didn’t justify the cost of the room. Of all the 15 rooms only 2 were available. The room didn’t have a mirror while others had mirror. There were lot of noise disturbance from nearby places ( I was staying on first floor ). Preferable go for room towards the front of the hotel.

Me and my girlfriend had the most wonderful stay here in Jaipur and were welcomed by an impeccable staff that made our two weeks stay even more pleasant. Kanishk took care of us for every single request and we felt home like never before. The restaurant is divine, local cuisine and international food for those who need a break from Indian dishes during a long permanence in the country. The hotel itself is beautiful with its intimate green floor terrace and elegant rooms with a minimal Indian style that preserves identity and tradition but matches an international fine taste. The spacious bathroom with huge hot shower and the large comfortable bed are all you can wish for after the long hot days in the city…and the silence is definitively the big plus! Everything was perfectly clean and the professionalism of the staff lives up to the expectations you get while you’re booking and the reviews and goes even beyond. Can’t wait to be back in Jaipur and couldn’t recommend this place enough! Thank you for making us feel home, a big hug to all the staff of Dav Mahal!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! As a solo female traveler, I really appreciated how kind and helpful everyone was. From the beginning, Kanishk made sure everything went smoothly when I arrived he was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and helped me settle in right away. On my last day, both Kanishk and Saurabh assisted me, and they were just as kind, professional, and supportive, making sure I had everything I needed before I left. The hotel itself was spotless, the room was beautiful, and I always felt comfortable and safe. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you again to Jordan, Julian, and Daniel for making my stay so special!

A beautiful hotel that is an oasis within bustling Jaipur! Rooms are spacious and beautifully designed. What makes this hotel special is the incredibly kind and friendly staff. They helped us with everything from train tickets to arranging drivers and tours. The food in the restaurant is delicious, excellent value and the restaurant staff are so attentive. The highlight of the trip was our day tour around Jaipur with Israr. He expertly navigated the traffic, made us a personalised itinerary and was super friendly and welcoming. He went the extra mile, collecting us from our train carriage when we arrived and helping with our tickets. We highly recommend staying at Dev Mahal.

Amazing staff throughout the hotel always with a smile on their face, whether that be management or the staff in the restaurant. The restaurant within the hotel was very convenient and tasty! The hotel felt old traditional Indian but with a nice luxury feel which is what we were after :) it’s a comfortable space to escape to once you have been exploring jaipur for the day !

Only small details worth noting - the tv in the room didn’t have a sound speaker , and had a remote with Netflix & YouTube on which didn’t actually work , you could only watch Indian tv channels but with no sound on , so I think the Tv is just for show , would be a great addition to be able to actually watch Netflix and YouTube etc. The WiFi was quite weak on the higher floors and so had to keep switching to mobile data.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at Dev Mahal hotel in Jaipur. The hotel itself is small and stylishly decorated with a very homely feel. Our room was clean and spacious with fantastic aircon and very comfortable large bed. Breakfast was of good quality and had a large variety available both from the hot & cold buffet or cooked to order. Our meal at the hotel restaurant ‘Bada Saab’ was delicious and the menu had a very wide variety of both Indian & Western cuisine and very reasonably priced. However, the highlight of our stay was the staff at Dev Mahal - everyone we encountered was friendly, polite & welcoming. A special thank you to Saurabh who helped us organise a tuk tuk tour of Jaipur and arranged our early morning airport transfer for us, absolutely nothing was too much trouble. We also made use of the hotel’s laundry service during our stay which we were very impressed with. Thank you Dev Mahal for a very enjoyable, comfortable stay in Jaipur!
