Good location close to main attractions. Staff were excellent and very helpful.

On arrival there was no arrangement to meet us and our driver had to organise a porter etc to take us into the Kasbah. Likewise on our departure despite having pre-arranged with reception when we came to check out no arrangement had been made and two staff members from the Riad ended up having to assist us with moving our luggage to the pick up point and then to add insult to injury the driver had been told by reception that we were to be taken to the airport despite having made it clear we wanted to be taken to the railway station. All in all a total lack of communication and very lax organisation from reception.

We loved everything about this property but the location is fabulous. Lovely and quiet and brilliantly atmospheric In the Kasbah area of the city. Everything is walkable and you feel like you are staying in proper old Marrakech without the tourist crowd and hassle. It was my second time in Marrakech and first time here. I will come back and back and back. The staff were gorgeous, nothing was too much trouble for Youssef, and I will sorely Miss peaceful breakfasts with the birds chirping and the care given by the staff. Just absolutely superb.

My husband came back yesterday from Marrakech . We stayed for 8 days at the Riad Touhfa Kasbah. We had a FABULOUS time. Our room was clean. Comfortable and homely. Hafsa who is the manager of this beautiful well located riad was welcoming and did everything she could to make our stay wonderful. From the cook to the cleaners each member of staff, were always smiling, polite, courteous, helpful and friendly. We also met the owner Yousef whilst staying at his wonderful Riad . He was so polite and lovely. For the last day he offered us an upgrade of our room it was a beautiful large family room. This was very kind. But we were so happy where we were settled in the room we booked we thanked him and stayed the last night in our room which was the " Marigold" room. It was cosy with great air conditioning and the room was cleaned daily. Breakfast was complimentary and beautifully made . I don't eat breakfast and I can't eat it due to stomach issues so I eat later in the day , but came down on a couple of occasions as my husband does enjoy breakfast . The Riad itself is fabulous. On arrival we were given mint tea, and refreshments which was a lovely morrocon touch. The pool had fresh clean water in it. What I loved about the set up of this Riad was the rooftop was for relaxing and sunbathing and had a covered area to shield yourself away from the sun if needed. Then the pool was on the floor below, ensuring the water stayed cool. This set up was perfect. Some Riads we looked at, had the pool outside. In hot temperatures this wouldn't be comfortable. They have a clean kitchen there with a fridge where you can put any of your fresh water, drinks and food in to store and and keep safe for you and on request they give to. This was very convenient. I would like to add. The Riad does not offer alcohol but anyone coming to Marrakech will understand hopefully their culture and respect this.

We stayed in 2 riads and this was by far the best. Beautiful and tranquil. Friendly and helpful staff.

Everyone is so nice and available that you really feel at home. The place is always very clean, it's one of the cleanest places I've been. The breakfast is superb, the location is perfect, it's central, but there's no noise. There's a great shop to buy water and snacks just 15 seconds away, a great local restaurant 1 minute away. You will be in the heart of the city, but without being in its chaos. I must emphazyse again how nice everyone is at this Riad, that was very special.

Friendly staff ready to help! Hafsa and Khadifa (hopefully spelling the names right) are ready to make your stay all the better! 😁 Very clean and tidy. Comfortable beds and it has air conditioner. They serve moroccan breakfast which was very good and fulfilling. I recommend having a dinner night at the Riad, the food was amazing, super tasty! And big portions!!! In our case, because we were the only ones staying at the Riad at the time, the staff upgraded our room and was even more attentive with us, very much appreciated! 🤭 We booked the airport shuttle for late at night, which can be inconvenient for the staff, but everything was well and ready for our arrival. You can contact them via WhatsApp or Booking app and they usually answer promptly or within the day. They will also answer your questions during the day if you want to book dinner or ask for some information regarding what to visit or where to go. Pool can be used at anytime, as long as you respect the other customers (regarding noise and such). The owner Yusef was kind as well to give us a bag of selection tea as we were departing! And to take care of us while the staff went on to celebrate a major holiday, very attentive of him.

The property is in a beautiful area inside the KASBAH but on the edge of it, so it is easy to find and to go back at night. The area has very good night lights and it is very clean and quiet. You can get to JEMAA EL FNA Square in 12 minutes walk, which is perfect, not too far, not too close that you can hear the noise. The Riad is well kept and very clean. Good safety features and CCTV inside and outside. There is a little swimming pool in the Riad which is rather small but very clean and with night lights that creates a beautiful atmosphere at night. Excellent WI-FI. The breakfast is freshly prepared every morning and change from day to day. The coffee was very good which is strange, usually these places offer quite watery coffee but this was not the case. The room bathroom was very clean and the shower very powerful. The room was a bit small but mainly because they have out a wardrobe that was too big for the room size. Anyway, it was a nice wardrobe indeed. The bed was hard but this is the way I like it, and the pillows were very good too. The room always smells clean. I would go back tomorrow.

The room was small, but good for us. I did not understand what I had to do to get a drink at night. They could put a free small fridge with water/soft drinks near the reception, so that you can access them 24 hours and pay for them later. There are two ladies working in the kitchen at all time but they are busy working, I did not want to bother them. Nothing that I did not like, it is a lovely Riad because it is small and cosy, perfect for a couple like us.

Very beautiful place. From the moment I contacted the hotel, the service was exceptional. All my concerns were resolved with great kindness and professionalism. As it was my first time in Marrakech, I felt very at ease. The service upon arrival was incredible; Hasfa was always willing to help us with everything we needed. The girls in the kitchen were very attentive and the breakfasts were delicious and plentiful. All the staff always showed a great willingness to help. When I got sick during my stay, they were very attentive and provided me with what I needed.

This Viad is such a gem. Small but perfectly formed it has so many stunning features including the centrepiece pool. I hadn't realised that my transfer wouldn't be able to drop me off outside the hotel, but one of the staff walked over and collected me so that I didn't have to navigate the narrow alleyways on my own at 9.45pm. Breakfast was great too. If I return to Morocco I would definitely stay again.
