My Villa was a very nice, clean and quiet place to stay. There were times where I felt like I was the only person staying there. The room was equipped with a kitchenette, washing machine, microwave and fridge. I was very impressed with the shower because it even had a digital screen which indicates the water temperature. The staff was very helpful and asked me if I needed anything whenever they saw me. I even met the owner Mr. Ashraf and had a chat with him. He even asked for my suggestions :) There was a nice swimming pool but when I visited Cairo the weather was cold so I did not feel like going for a swim. If I visit in the summer I will certainly go for a swim.

There is no reception counter or desk but the staff is available at any time via WhatsApp. I feel there should be an easy for guests to contact the staff by having a reception desk with a bell. Also, on one occasion the main gate of the villa did not open automatically so I had to contact the staff via WhatsApp to open the door for me.

We felt at home among all the staff. If we ever visit Egypt will be staying there 🙂

I stayed at this apartment for 6 nights during my visit to Cairo, and it was a truly pleasant experience. The place felt incredibly safe and comfortable, like a home away from home. The staff and the owner were exceptionally welcoming and always ready to assist with anything I needed, which made all the difference in making my stay smooth and enjoyable. Their hospitality and attentiveness created a warm and accommodating environment that I genuinely appreciated. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a reliable and friendly place to stay in Cairo.

The hotel and apartments were kept spotlessly clean, the staff were so helpful and friendly and available 24/7, nothing was too much trouble. A beautiful peaceful haven to return to after a busy day, we felt very safe and welcome here. The pool was Beautifully refreshing and pool towels were available. Thank you so much for such a lovely stay.

Absolutely nothing

The villa is comfortable clean, save . And every piece on it means the owner has excellent taste. The stuff were very friendly and flexible with the client starting from Mr Eslam , Hanan . We should not forget mohammed and the kitchen lady so so so nice 🙂.

Really nice luxury villa in a very upscale neighborhood. Mohammed is a very polite host, the place is super safe, with new rooms well equipped and a nice pool area.. we enjoyed lots of peace and quiet there

The only neutral remark: it can take one hour to drive to downtown Cairo.

The best part of staying in my villa was the staff. Everyone was very welcoming, polite, smiling and attentive. They all went out of their way to make our stay the best it could be. Thank you for having us.
