There is no separation between wet and dry areas in the bathroom.

First and foremost, the staff! They were very accommodating, letting us check in much earlier than the time stated in the relevant info (they even let us check out later than it's mentioned there). Plus, they helped us with the luggage, taking it to the ferry pier for us. Last but not least, the staff proved very responsive and proactive when we had an issue with wifi, fixing it right off. Another thing is the place's strategic location - it's between the ferry pier and the eateries cluster. Plus it's actually on the island's thoroughfare.

The staff were well-informed and quick to help me plan and reserve activities. I was able to pay for all of my activities at check in, which was very convenient.

First of all, i like the booking process because the staff was very helpful in arranging our accommodation including ferry reservations and scuba/snorkeling activities, and motorcycle rental. they're warm and friendly and we enjoyed our stay as the owner also is very welcoming/smiling.. for foreigners like us having to stay in a place where people are nice and warm is everything because we don't speak mandarin that much but we were ushered well, attended to every questions, and needs. Great customer service it was definitely. Their staff picks you up and send you off to the ferry station, as in everything's arranged. The best part also is the scuba diving with friendly diving instructors that speak fluent english. Our instructors were Simon, Smile & Emilio both very professional, highly recommended. A great diving experience with them. The place is also near 7-11 or Family Mart and gasoline station, very ideal for us who casually wakes up late in the evening to grab some snacks. The rooms were surprisingly big though as there were only 2 of us. Great value for your money!

Good location and a few minutes by scooter to the main street of Green Island. Pickup by car from the ferry terminal and helps with arranging ferry tickets and scooter rental.

The Wi-Fi was not working at all and nothing was done to resolve it. Relatively high price for the room, furnishings were very basic and no mini fridge was provided in the room.

The only good thing about the property was that its staff were really very helpful and kind
