we liked everything. the design of the hotel and the cleanliness is perfect. the friendliest staff I have ever met. you feel as if you are in a private villa and are at your disposal at any moment. what I also really like is that the hotel is located on the most beautiful beach on Mykonos, Kalo Livadi. it is far from the center so there is no noise and crowds.really perfect hotel and people who work in it

the only thing milo needs to work on is the breakfast.. that's why I gave it a 9 and not a 10. breakfast is not a buffet and what they bring you is very poor in selection. no cereals, pancakes, salads. no poached eggs, bacon, sausages.. for a hotel like Milo, I think that has to change, it's such a great hotel, it deserves it

AMAZING experience, to be honest the best experience I’ve had in Mykonos. One of the most friendly and attentive staff! Room is new, facilities are luxurious, Cleaning lady is very attentive!!! Best cleaning in Mykonos 😁 thanks to hotel manager for his service!!! Can’t wait to come again!

The room was beautiful. The staff at reception was very helpful and kind. Loved the pools.

Did not enjoy the breakfast. There was no flexibility in the breakfast. The staff did not bring us our eggs on the first day and when we asked again for them they did not apologize. Had to ask for a coffee 3x. My partner was not allowed more than 2 eggs. For a 5 star hotel thought this was not up to expectations. There was not much variety. I expected a nice yummy buffet for the price of the place.

One word AMAZING. I have never left a review for an hotel, but this hotel was too good. The staff was phenomenal, the service was just beyond European standards. They just opened 2 weeks ago, if there was a flaw they would go beyond to find solutions for you. For our anniversary they surprised us with chocolates, bouquet of roses, rose petals on the bed and a bottle of Champagne. we ordered room service at 21h but for an unknown reason the kitchen was closed. instead of saying only sorry, they printed out menu’s from restaurants nearby and told us to choose. They told us after delivery, it was on the house. This is service like in Asia, it’s FANTASTIC. They use the best products in this hotel, a Dyson hair dryer, Marvis toothpaste, a steamer from steamery and Elemis hair products. The hotel’s design is perfect into detail. They have used very good wood and stones. Thanks, for being the highlight of a hotel.

It was a bit far from the city center, the cab rides are a bit expensive. But that means nothing if you know how good the hotel is.

What a beautiful hotel! The atmosphere, the staff and the style of the hotel was beyond what I imagined. Our suite had its own private pool and the views were breathtaking. the staff were so professional and accommodating. Heaven on earth! I’ve stayed at a few places in Mykonos and after visiting Mileo, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

Honestly speaking, we had an exceptional stay and we would definitely rebook this hotel.

Breakfast was good, the terrace would benefit from more shaded tables.

You are only provided with one 750ml bottle of water per day in the room. The cost for every additional bottle is €8. To me this is borerline immoral in a climate regularly exceeding 30 degrees, where you are sunbathing/outdoors most of the day. After a week of spending €40 a day on water it starts to leave a bad taste in your mouth, there is no shop within walking distance to remedy this.

I really enjoyed the calm location. it had very nice and friendly staff. the property is very well positioned and within a minute to solymar beach club which was addition. it is the most green location around the area.
