Location is supreb, the Hamamatsucho JR station, Daimon Metro station and the Tokyo Monorail are all within 5 mins walk, with loads of restaurant and a convenient store, so basically everything you need is close enough. The hotel's new and spotless clean. I like it the most that they have humidifier in the room. The washing machines on the 2/F are extremely useful and simple to use. They have a good shower as well but those who would like to take a hot bath may dislike the fact that they dun have a bathtub.

The room is a bit too tiny than expected but I am not gonna complaint about it given the price they are charging. However, I advise Ppl who bring large suitcases (>28 inch or so) to think twice before booking as you may find it a bit difficult to find enough space within the room to fully open your suitcase.

The room was small but it felt spacious. The walls and all the amenities and facilities all felt new or well maintained. I felt very care free and at ease during my stay.

Little gem Hotel located near Hamamatsucho station with easy access to the Airport Monorail. Stayed here for a couple of nights and this hotel exceeded my expectations. Friendly staff, hotel room was clean, there is a lounge where you can self serve tea/coffee and little condiments (cream, oils) which made my stay extra special. Lots of quaint cafe and restaurants nearby and always felt safe walking any time of the day from the station to the hotel. Loved the breakfast nearby (western and japanese styles available). Luggage storage available after check out which was convenient especially if your flight is in the later afternoon / evening. Overall great value for money. Will definitely stay here again. Rooms could be considered small especially if travelling with large luggages and with two people in a economy double room. The room was perfect for me being a solo traveller.

Location is not too far from Hamamatsucho's South exit. The most convenient acces is out of South exit turn right toward World trade building. There is an escalator going down to the street level. The room is quite big for Tokyo standard. Hotel put out the ameneties - face wash, lotion for customers to pick up at the lobby.

Google map cannot find the hotel if just put "Hotel Rilassare". Must add "Tokyo" after the hotel name. The location around the hotel has very limited coffee shop, restaurant.

The bed is comfortable, great location close to the station, helpful and friendly stuff, clean bathroom

Very comfortable room for one person, and very quiet and clean. Checking in and out was quick and easy and the staff was friendly. It's nice having coffee available in the lobby.

It would be great if the hotel would send a message to guests in advance of arrival with directions from the station. I was pulling luggage that was too heavy for stairs, and there was construction at the station. Finding the best exit without stairs took a long time.

I stayed for few days here. It worked out great. It's a direct train from Haneda and it's quite central to most places you'd like to tourist around. Takes less than 20 mins to Tokyo station one way and about 20mins to Shibuya the other (on the same train line). Makes it really easy to understand the train system. It's also about 10-15 min walk to Tokyo tower. The room was clean, quiet and spacious enough for a solo traveler or a lightweight luggage couple. Bed was comfortable and the temperature is really easy to control with the AC/heating. The staff were always friendly. Laundry room had only 2 machines but I could use it easily. And there's a bunch of cool restaurants around (although, those are on the higher side of budget). There's a kettle in the room, but you can also get a tea/coffee/juice in the lounge. If you are a bit earlier than check in, you can easily relax there.

A minor thing is the bathroom fan is not very powerful, so you get the impression that it stays humid too long, but there's a window in the room, so not really a drama.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, conveniently located just a five-minute walk from Hamamatsucho station. The room was tidy and clean, with a comfortable size that felt just right, not too small but not overly spacious. I especially loved having three windows that let in plenty of sunshine, creating a bright and cheerful atmosphere. I will definitely stay there again !

While the hotel is close to the railway and a highway, it can be a very little noisy at times. If you're sensitive to sound, it's something to keep in mind during your stay. However, the overall experience and amenities make it a worthwhile choice.

Really small room, but very clean and cozy. Great location too, when coming from Hamamatsucho station. Close to the cruise pier as well, when going for a stroll. A good alternative for a stay near Tokyo station. The staff was really nice too and there are lots of amenities provided. The bed and pillow were comfortable.

The price. Too expensive for the room and size. Even when booking well in advance. But that's Tokyo.

Location, easy distance to daimon and Hamamatsucho stations, it was spotlessly clean, the rooms were slightly larger than I expected as it is a boutique hotel, the coffee machine and seating area were lovely and we used it daily, also within walking distance of Shiba park and zozoji temple.

My only slight problem was that the general temperature of the place was a bit warm for me, I had to open the window to help with cooling as well with the air con and purifier on, so occasionally the traffic noise from the highway woke me up, but for me it is not something I would mark it down for as I slept easily.
