I’ve been here couple of times and to be honest I enjoyed every time of coming here! I loved the rooms veiw. It was really clean and smelled good! The staff was always on our disposal and really kind! I would also recommend ala card restaurant, it has the freshest and delicious sea food. 10/10

Hotel was beautiful and staff was very friendly. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Although I was out of season there was a SPA Center and I had a good time there. Firstly I read some negative comments and I was in doubt dor reservation, but when I come everything was perfect and nothing I read before. I recommend everyone to visit this wonderful hotel. 🥰✨

I had a wonderful experience at Brilliant Hotel & SPA. The hotel was wonderful. It was even better than expected. The room was comfortable and clean.The view from the balcony was BRILLIANT,one of the mos beautiful i have ever seen without doubt. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. It was so amazing!! I’ll be back in a month!

That was my second visit and I enjoyed it. I highly recommend this modern hotel for those who look for a comfortable rest including the gym, indoor pool, saunas and spa, healthy and testy breakfasts, clean and spacious room, amazing sea view from my room and resataurant. The staff is exceptionally supportive.

The best place ever!!! The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean. The food was delicious, fresh, and very tasty. The spa center was the best in this zone. I really have a good time in this hotel.

It's called Brilliant but there is nothing even close to Brilliant about it! One of the worest experiences I have ever had. This hotel should definitely be properly inspected including the staff! First of all no one speaks proper English there, not even the front desk! When we got into our room there were ants on the floor, the shower is half broken, limescales on the bathroom handle, cleaning solution left by the domestic lady in our room. There was no showergel or conditioner. We asked for it several times and eventually they gave us 2 small bottles and said "no more". We had to buy our own bottle from thw store accross the street. There was no coffee or tea in the room although it was mentioned in our room fascilities, but the kettle was there, not sure why! We asked recepyion several times for late checkout, but the reception staff kept on saying that we need to ask next day if there is availability, this was repeated until it was the last night for us in the hotel, that's when we thought of requesting it on the booking app, and it was aplroved by the hotel the next morning.... not sure why the reception staff were very obstructive. During our last breakfast and while we were sitting at the resturant eating a young child not older than 5 years with dirty cloths walked in and started begging for money and food! It's sad, but this child could easily snatch anything left on any table and leave. No one seemed to bother to stop him or get him out! The hotel is actually a building in the street.the "private beach" is not private at all! Anyone can walk in from the street without even passing through recwption and then go to the beach area and sit there or walk or whatever. Then the last and biggest disaster was when the night staff at the reception tried to kiss my friend! It was night time and she asked him for a glass of water to take paracetamol that she just bought for her headache.
