property was good, but not well maintained

staff were not professional, they did not serve breakfast lunch dinner at proper time, they seem to be new and they were so Confused when we ask something.. food was not great it was too oily n some rices are very bad roadside items are even more best.. mainly no time sense for staff no proper hospitality..bit parking problem.. our room was very shabby many lizards were there n some insects n snails room was ok ok bathroom was bad it was stinky.. n also mainly they did not serve coorg cuidine being a coorg homestay .. so property I rate 7/10..other experience is really bad

Staffs were very friendly , helpful and accommodating. Good view all around the property so nice place to walk around and relax. The approach road does test your driving skills :D

What was really disappointing was the quality of room. Most of the thing seems broken and very dirty. I would expect at this price tag to get at least a clean room if not full of amenities.

It was worst, There no power back up and food was worst. The management has no responsibility. Don't ever visit this place I had to leave the place within in 1hr.
