Stayed: April 20, 2025 Trip type: Solo travel Rating: 3/5 I stayed one night at Kilim Hotel and Apart in Fethiye. The room was basic but had everything I needed — air conditioning, a fridge, and a regular TV (no smart features). The shower worked well, and the room was fairly clean (4/5 for cleanliness). Pros: Affordable price Decent location, close to Fethiye marina, Paspatur (the old town), and the seaside promenade 24/7 convenience store just around the corner Overall, it's okay for a short stay if you're on a budget, but I wouldn't recommend it for a longer holiday.

This friendly, family run hotel has a good location close to dolmus stops. The sea front is a short distance away across two busy roads. Our one-bed apartment was very spacious and comfortable with two balconies offering views of the pool area and across to Babadag and nearby mountains. Breakfast is traditional Turkish, offering plenty of choice - enough for those with a big appetite! Other guests had booked evening meals that also looked delicious. Swimming pools were well maintained with a daily cleaning regime in place.

We did have some concerns about fire safety at the hotel: The first floor apartment had no fire blanket, no smoke alarm and no easy evacuation route, the only extinguisher was located in the entrance at ground level. Combustable materials were stored beneath a part wooden stairwell, close to an electrical fuse box. Our apartment was not cleaned during our one-week stay.

The staff was brilliant, got really good information from the staff and also services. They provide a private transfer anywhere we wanted to go for a good price and they also ordered food for us at night from outside. Very friendly staff and the hotel is very clean, good location, quiet, beautiful neighbour and close to the center. The bus station is in front of the hotel. Breakfast was nice, great cheeses and homemade jam but for us the most important was the service we got! Thank you all

Recommended apart hotel for family travellers. Quiet location a little bit edge from noisy center. But it is very easy, even 10 minutes with minibuses (dolmush) to reach the center (Fethiye Merkez) from one side and Calish beach from another side. Calish beach is beautiful. Staff is helpful, room is clean and safe. Pool is nice. Hotel has no restaurant which is good to be free from walk in guests and their noise. Breakfast is nice, with limited but fresh choices. We would like to stay more, but unfortunately didn't have enough time.

Need little plumbing services in bathroom. Hot water wasn't stable.

We had a wonderful family stay at Kilim Hotel & Apart. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the seafront, and the hotel has a lovely, relaxed atmosphere. The three pools were a hit with the kids, and the spacious rooms made it comfortable for the whole family. The breakfast offered a variety of options to suit everyone’s taste, which we appreciated. A special thanks to Metin, who went above and beyond by providing an extra bed for our child. His kindness and helpfulness throughout our stay made a significant difference, ensuring we had everything we needed. Kilim was located minutes from the water-although you cant swim there because of the rocks. But you have small mini buses called HAVAS that take you to the Calis beach which is extraordinary. The breakfast was truly delicious and it was nice to sit by the pool in the morning to eat it. The two pools on site were amazing and I had them to myself most of the time. You have a wonderful MM MARGOS supermarket close by to get bits and bobs, especially water, which you will need as it was HOT!!! The staff were very helpful and gave me great advice about getting buses.

The tap for my shower was broken and I couldn't change the temperature of the water. It was already like this when I got there. I think having a few more extra towels would have been nice also as I used one for the shower floor to stand on.

I chose Kilim Hotel & Apart during my 3-day stay in Fethiye because I was on a tight budget and it had good reviews on booking.com. The room I was given was very clean, large with a double bed, air conditioning, TV, fridge and a balcony. The best thing about my stay was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, especially Metin and his shift buddy. I was suppose to leave a day earlier by ferry to Rhodes but because of the unpredictable waters, it was cancelled. Metin and his friend were so lovely, they went over and beyond their duty and took me to the port by private car to find out what was happening and when I could sail. The following day, they took me back early so I could finally sail to Rhodes. Thank you so much, I had a wonderful stay and I hope to be back at some point.

There was no restaurant

The stuff are super friendly and helped us alot with all our requests. They changed our room when we made them aware im pregnant and gave us one with no stairs. Extra pillows, kettle even an iron was provided. Hussein really supported and was so nice to us

I wished if they had different breakfast options every couple of days as it was the same every day

Don't make reservations for boat trip attractions from the hotel. The company "Focus" that cooperate with the Hotel are very bad organizers, they are late, unfriendly with tourists and very expensive. Very bad experience with boat trip attractions that I reserved in the Hotel.

The general "feel" of the hotel was very friendly. We were accommodated with storing our luggage after an early arrival. The reception staff were wonderful - Jasmine and "Alec" I think his name was. They really both went out of their way to assist, especially with our lack of the Turkish lingo! The breakfast was wonderful - around the pool! Thank you! "Alec" advised us on a fantastic restaurant, that he usually refers customers to - great hit - "Allo 24" Thank you! Had one of our best Turkish meals there!
