This is a little gem that has lost its sparkle. Once a well-maintained 5 star hotel. Sadly, now only the rooms are excellent, as the pool area is suffering and even the rooms looking tired in places. However, do not let this put you off. The rooms are fully functional and clean. Staff are attentive and what little food they offer is excellent. They also provide quality mountain bikes and helmets to explore the local area. It's such a shame due to lack of tourist that this little Gem is now starting to suffer. But this place ticked all our boxes, quite and out of the main stream hustle and bustle. Hotel was priced for what it managed to achieve, and if it had a lick of paint and a pool make over you would be paying 4 times as much. Highly recommended if you want peace and quiet, and a lovely quite quality beech.

The only negative I would say is that if you want to explore the area then taxis are expensive. We had a hire car and this worked great for us.

Very nice room, spacious, clean, modern, in good condition. Huge and comfy bed, nice bathroom. Facilities good, well equipped gym and huge pool. Pool is a bit old but a nice place to relax. Yummy breakfast, a lot of choices, good coffee. Beach is natural, so it's a little bit dirty but still fine, I have seen worse in Thailand. No people at beach, very clear water, a nice place for relaxing. The surrounding area of the hotel is very quiet, only one seafood restaurant nearby. So you need a motorcycle or car. If you want to read a book, relax and have a chilling time then this hotel is a good choice. We stayed 2 days on our round trip in Krabi/Phang Nga. High value for money. I definitely recommend it and would come again.

Everything was perfect! Stay: 6 days. Huge rooms, beautifull interior design, very comfortable!! Soooo nice !! So clean.The bathroom was very beautifull, very nice with huge place to take a shower. The beach is not perfect, but the lake is very very beautifull and its worth to canoe, its for free !! The best hotel to relax in the area !!! The sweaming pool is a dream !! The dinner was cheap. The stuff is very very friendly. No mass tourism !!! Everything was so relaxing, very calm, like private atmosphere. Soooo nice!! It is the best hotel in the area. One of the best hotels I ever had in the world. The breakfast was also perfect. For that price one of the best hotels I ever had. It´s not central, so its better if you have a car, but this was what we were looking for. For sure we will come again !!!!! : ))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))

Rooms were lovely and spacious and the bathrooms were great. Beach was nice although in the photos it shows sun beds on the beach. This is not correct. Breakfast was ok.

The outside areas around the pool need updating. It’s looking a bit tired and many tiles missing. In order to access the beach, one has to cross a rather challenging bridge. Not for the less mobile. Also no hand towels. Location was great for us as we had mopeds but not much around the area.

breakfast was fine. fresh and delicious meals. other foods like main dishes, europe dishes should be improved. when we order it takes a bit long and its a bit expensive considering the food amount,

Once. we always have our room when we are presence, and we had our room cleaned when we were at our room. and after some beach and etc, we arrived at our room, our room was cleaned again without our permission. that was quite a surprise, thankfully i dont think anything is been stolen or missing.

Property was well laid out with plenty of space. Room was spacious and bright. We were on 4th floor with glorious views of the sea. Swimming pool was large with plenty of sun beds, beach towels and even yoga mats provided. The housekeeping staff were polite, courteous and cleaned the rooms perfectly.

Pool could do with renovating and the area tidying up.Breakfast was erratic in quality and quantity of food. The restaurant menu was limited to pre prepared meals. Room service meals arrived not very hot.

Quiet location on Natai beach. Good size room, huge comfortable bed, new aircon. I guess these pool access rooms are renovated recently.

Breakfast was little disapointment. Sausages, becon etc. were all cold. Many food were finished and not filled in 30 minutes time. Hygiene low level. Many people took food by hands because no proper tools or containers. Would like to see rice soup in breakfast while in Thailand.

Not crowdy, quiet. and people arrives here are also nice and above mid class. people who seek cheap hotels dont come here. which makes the place has a quality. staffs are good. pool is good. rooms are nice.

restaurant, food need improvement. 2 to 3 days of buffet breakfast is satisfied. after that somehow gets bored and needs more. ordering lunch and dinner is a bit slow and feels a bit expensive considering the amount of food. taste is not bad but not very complimentive.

I loved the staff there! Really kind lovely and flexible warm people ! I miss this place already I wish i could go back to stay at this place from 21st jan till 24jan but its fully booked.

It is not that i didnt like but i think they should add pancakes and upgrade their breakfast add some egg benedicts, salmon, real sausage. Their omelet is delicious though! Anyways upgrade the breakfast a little bit and everything will be perfect and they should open le coral cafe next to the pool as well! To sell coconuts easily or beers etc.... or burgers and ice cream, so people can use all areas of the hotel! Make sure to check all the aircons of every room, need the aircon to be coooler than this!

The room was very comfortable with very large bed & large bathroom with slipper bath separate shower & toilet

The pool was in very poor condition, tiles falling off, green slime around the water line, the water jets at pool access sealed shut. Decking and pool top tiles were very loose and dangerous
