Staff in the restaurant was very helpful during breakfast. Helped us with making food which suits out dietary requirements. Kids pool and kids club also good. Good for family with kids.

The concierge service wasn't helpful. Since the hotel is located away from Patong it's important to have a good concierge to guide guests on activities. At the anantara club they were only focused on recommending activities which they have a affiliation with. Not a great location and a pathetic beach.

food is very expensive, good but very expensive compared to Thailand prices. The hotel is not located on the beach, we had to use Anantara Mai Kaho hotel facilities, and there I felt very uncomfortable. Right when I went to use one of the beach chairs of Anantara Mai Khao an employee jumped at me and asked for my room number. I said that I stay at Anantara Vacation Club and in return he pointed to the corner where there are designated pool chairs… I felt really uncomfortable by that and practically it ruined my feeling… It felt as if I am treated as coach class on an airplane despite paying for first class tickets

Restaurant food was a little over priced and not the best

Anantara was the best out if three hotels we stayed in Phuket this winter (Twinpalms Montazure, Sala Phuket). We booked One Bedroom Villa with pool which has been upgraded to Two Bedroom Villa with pool. Villa was amazing, two nice bedrooms with two bathrooms and very comfortable kitchen with everything there (including washing and drying machines). Gifts for kids was a great surprise 🤗 Pool in the villa was perfect, good size and warm water. Really enjoyed chilling there. Also it was arranged properly, with almost no risk that kids can fall down into the pool. Service deserves special praise: all the care and support were done very fast by WhatsApp, buggy service has been provided going to the beach or to the Turtle Village, and you can even request it going back to the hotel. Everyone was smiling and caring about the guests. Kids club and kids pool were also on a good level. Breakfasts were also great, despite we had to wait for our table. Seven-Eleven shop and pharmacy was just in the same building which is super nice!

recently stayed at this hotel and booked a two-bedroom villa, which was absolutely amazing. The accommodation itself and the facilities were incredibly kid-friendly, making for a pleasant family stay. The staff was helpful and eager to assist, which added to our positive experience.

However, our breakfast experience was less than ideal. Despite having paid for breakfast when booking our room, we found the restaurant atmosphere quite unpleasant due to a persistent bad smell. Additionally, the breakfast offerings were not what we expected, with about 70% of the menu consisting of items not typically considered breakfast fare, such as crab curry. Furthermore, there were extra charges for the kids’ activities, which we thought could have been included in the stay.

Loved the apartment style room, huge space with large balcony, perfect for family holiday. Great choice of food, excellent quality and fab kids meals and variety. Our nearly 3 year old enjoyed the kids club (with a parent), fun activities and good place to hide from the sun in very hot periods of the day. Waterslides we’re amazing and massive plus point for our daughter.

Only thing we didn’t like were the big bugs/beetles in the evenings but they were cleared away in the mornings fortunately…

my favourite place in Phuket! awesome property, well maintained and manicured gardens, beautiful grounds with every activity available from tennis, bike riding, rock climbing, archery, boxing, and of course the awesome pool! We booked a 1 bedroom suite, for myself, my helper and my 6yo for 4 nights. The apartment has large balcony overlooking the pool area which is what we loved best, bed was super comfortable, many days spent at the pool and kids club. Breakfast options were plentiful and varied, sushi, noodle station, egg station, the works. amazing place for kids and definitely no reason to leave. Also loved the live band at Seven !

Probably only thing is that there isn’t much around. The beach is also not directly accessible, need to get out of the resort, walk 300m down the street and cross the road. No shops nearby except for 7eleven. There is no spa on site, if massages are needed, you are driven by buggy to the sister resort down the street. They could perhaps offer an in room massage option! Some clever locals decided to set up a local massage station at a fraction of the cost right on the beach - only issue is that it’s open air, when we were there it was dusk and plenty of mosquitos!

Two bedrooms suit is very big, clean and tidy. Staff are superb and polite, The hotel facilities and restaurants are amazing. Kids Club is stunning, and kids love it

Location, in general, is far from everything. Not a Beach front property, you will need to ask the hotel for free buggy service. Also, the beach preserved for the hotel is not charming, and beach chairs and umbrellas are behind the trees and far a bit from the beach

- 1 Day during my stay the cleaner had forgotten to vacuum the living room and dust the table. - Not being aware of a $400 deposit required at check in. - Each meal cost at least $20 and no kids menu. - The kids play area needed more professional nanny’s on duty, or maybe split the soft play for toddlers from the children area; I had my 1 year old toddler playing while my 5 year old daughter was around up and down the slide with other kids worries they’d bump into each other at one stage.
