beds were comfortable , the swimming pool and the breakfast were amazing.

the fact that you need to climb stairs to reach to your room. the rate is too expansive keeping in mind that you can not use the beach of the hotel due to the Tide. and there is no Gard or sign to warn you to walk to reach the water which far far far away from the Hotel which I found unsafe for the guest

I absolutely loveeee it here! It’s my second time visiting and no doubt will be a 3rd in the future. The hotel is well kept, rooms are cleaned regularly and the all inclusive breakfast in the morning is fantastic (super fresh and literally has anything you can want for breakfast). The staff (Breeze and Russdee) make this hotel feel like a home to me. They super welcoming, loving and friendly. After a long day trip in Krabi (3 hours away) I was told “welcome home” by Earth another staff member which felt really wholesome. It’s the little things like that, that make for an incredible experience! The staff mentioned are exceptional people and they are a credit to the Marriott in Phuket ♥️ thank you for making this hotel feel like a home away from home for me. I always absolutely love my stays here and miss it already 😭

The resort is nicely decorated, quiet and has a private beach that never feels crowded Our room was spacious, very clean and had pool access. The shower and beds were comfortable. The staff were welcoming and attentive. Breakfast was fresh with a good variety and room service was quick and reasonably priced. Mama’s Kitchen restaurant served tasty food with friendly service. The pool area is large and well maintained and the pool bar offers very good cocktails. It’s about a 15-minute walk along the seashore to the nearby village with restaurants, street food, shops and massage places. The airport is only a 10-minute drive away.

Reaching most Phuket attractions requires a car or taxi and usually takes around 30–40 minutes with traffic. Big Fish restaurant felt slightly overpriced for the food quality.

Close to beach and airport, peaceful, 5 min walk along beach to street food, local shops where you can easily buy anything you have forgotten. Gorgeous beach where you can watch the planes fly low. Use BOLT app for taxi service to other locations to see how much a taxi will cost prior to vnenturing out (reasonable costs anyway), we did a lot of trips through VIATOR...... amazing time. Also go and see the elephants in the sanctuary..... made the whole trip worthwhile 🐘❤️

Food is very expensive here.... we didnt use these facilities at all.

The room was amazing and clean! No REGRETS! Just outside our room is the pool. The staff were accommodating and exceeded my expectation. They made our stay really special! The restaurant by the beach was SOOOO good! Deffs worth a visit. Breakfast was another one! They can make eggs your way and in other ways too!

Nothing major! Maybe the ceilings that had water marks in the foyer. The beach would have been nice however when we were walking to the water, there were rubbish - I think from the sea. From the hotel, the view is really nice until you walk to the beach, and you can see abandoned buildings on the left (not part of the hotel). And I think maybe the transport to and from the hotel because it's quite far from Phuket, Patong, Karon, etc. Some GRAB drivers didn't want to take us.

The staff were absolutely amazing. From arrival to departure, very efficient and a service with a smile.

There should be mention of needing to leave a deposit. Not knowing this in advance can leave you a little surprised but luckily I had some cash on me. Secondly the breakfast menu needs to cater more for the halal audience. It's a hotel located primarily in a muslim area and so a halal menu is expected. Thirdly, the location wasn't great if you're planning to visit old town phuket and the southern beaches as it can take an hour of taxi back and forth.

Swimming pool and service was nice. The beach is also pretty quiet and clean. Overall everything is just standard nothing bad happened.

It's a bit boring. the garden view is kinda useless, not pretty at all. The location is really really bad for tourists. Only suitable if you'd like to be near the airport. Everything is expensive in the hotel (spa, food, massage) and because of the location you can't go to restaurants in walking distance. I end up getting delivery food. In my opinion not worth the price.

Limited food choices

The restaurant by the beach called Mamma’s kitchen was quite good, they actually made nan bread better than the larger kitchen and the food was quite good. The manager there was very personable, along with very friendly other staff, and best of all the prices were quite reasonable, which is unusual for high end hotels. The Marriott there has landed on a great concept that deserves replicating to its other hotels.

The breakfast buffet was OK and would rate it 8.0. However, the hotel should re-think the Indian buffet items, since the items I tried lack Indian spices and taste. The nan bread wasn’t close to true Indian nan that is normally cooked in an Indian clay oven. Either do Indian right or not at all. On the beach, the hotel set up a volley ball court and small football field that my son and I enjoyed.

Great location in a bay with beautiful sandy beach, water channels concept at the property, nature, Very friendly staff, great custom drinks, overall ambiente!

Big Fish served good sea and international food but slightly overpriced especially that one discovers small print add ons, and service charge, and tax, and tips on top of the menu price,; a view on a construction site nearby, airport proximity (audible when on the beach but on the other hand entertaining to watch from the distance air traffic)
